This is possibly the best breakfast spot in Boulder. They certainly have the best bacon, it’s thick cut and consistently done perfect. The pancakes are also amazing and the portions are large. Hidden gem in Boulder for sure.
Took my daughter here for breakfast as she is at CU, it's close to campus. We were sat right away and the service was very good. I had the hillbilly, it's a lot of food but good.

The food overall was absolutely delicious. I had the crepes and ordered a griddle biscuit. If you have a lot of gravy to eat, the griddle biscuit would be good. But I found it a little dry.
