I went here for breakfast and had the Taos with green chile. The green Chile is mild but has good flavor. They have a homemade hot sauce that is mostly just heat, so I added some to my green chile to get heat and flavor. Good value, too; it was a lot of food for a reasonable price. My teenage son god the breakfast burrito. He enjoyed it but he couldn’t finish it because it was big. I found out after I ordered a drink that there are other drinks not listed on the menu. Great place for breakfast or lunch in Boulder. It's not downtown, so there's ample parking. I've been there twice with my 96 year old dad, and I'm looking forward to going sgain
