Just a heads up. The old fashioned donut here is a plain cake donut. Not like the old fashions I get elsewhere.

Well ran and clean for good coffee and donuts 🍩
Tried to order a drink in the lobby today. However I must be a ghost cause the staff never acknowledged my presence or attempted to help me. The place was dead and nobody in the drive thru now I know why.

I was in the drive through when this Edward h guy was on some rampage screaming at everyone being incredibly rude and saying how he was going to leave horrible reviews everywhere he could. Pretty embarrassing. The staff here is great. Every morning or afternoon they are all incredibly kind and polite. It’s why I come back!! The manager he was referencing is phenomenal. She is so sweet every morning I’ve seen her and when they are busy she handles it well and gives a warning that it’s a bit busy and she will be with me shortly!! I think they’re all great and it’s not their fault that the line for the drive though was stretched out into the street and this guys coffee took too long for his liking😱

1 star is too many. Oblivious staff, incredibly rude “general manager”. This is not one time, this is All The Time. While at times they can be busy, other times, it’s a ghost town and you’ll still be hard pressed to get anything in a reasonable amount of time. But it starts at top, and the elderly woman in charge there should not be in charge. Horrible attitude. Was complaining out loud about “customers” when she is the obvious problem. Reporting to Boulder BBB and researching franchise ownership.

This used to be a great place to go and now I wouldn’t recommend it to anybody. I just stood at the counter for 10 minutes without anybody even looking me in the eye before I left.
They saw me they just refuse to engage with me in any way shape or form

Came in to your store to pick up a door dash order and i was wearing a blessed american shirt. While every employee was speaking spanish they failed to realize that just because we are american doesn't mean we cant understand their language. Proceeded to call me a gringo and make fun of my shirt. It is amazing to me how racist people can be. To be specific. The young lady working the register and two boys next to her. She refused to even smile at me and chose to be very cold when giving my order. I Will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau. Today is Sat Aug 2 2025 at 11:19 am.

I used to run a large non-profit, and I’d say I have a solid understanding of management and staff dynamics. The Dunkin’ in Boulder is run by a woman with a massive heart. She’s built a loyal team, which is always a strong sign of good leadership.
From what I’ve seen, the place is run with genuine care for the staff and deep appreciation for the customers. I’ve even witnessed the manager step outside to kindly but firmly explain to a homeless person that panhandling isn’t allowed—she handled it with dignity and compassion.
I give this location a 5-star review.
