I used to run a large non-profit, and I’d say I have a solid understanding of management and staff dynamics. The Dunkin’ in Boulder is run by a woman with a massive heart. She’s built a loyal team, which is always a strong sign of good leadership.
From what I’ve seen, the place is run with genuine care for the staff and deep appreciation for the customers. I’ve even witnessed the manager step outside to kindly but firmly explain to a homeless person that panhandling isn’t allowed—she handled it with dignity and compassion.
I give this location a 5-star review.

Well, staff has to open the door to the bathroom. I'm guessing this is the rough part of town if there is such a thing for Boulder.

As someone from Boston, this is NOT a Dunkin’ Donuts. Incredibly rude staff, missing items on MOST Mornings, and an incredibly slow service speed makes this easily the worst Dunkin I have been to out of the hundreds I have been to in my lifetime. Incredibly sad this is my local Dunkin.

It's like an abusive spouse. I keep going back thinking "this time it'll be better" but then I get smacked around with a lump of uncooked sugary dough for two bucks. I swear, I walked into the door, I'm so clumsy.
