We dined in and got a bunch of sandwiches, they were all cold. The hot chai latte we got was also cold when confronted they said, “there is a certain temperature it reaches” but we have had Dunkin multiple times and the chai latte was never this cold. It was also very sweet, it felt like there was more syrups than chai.

It took forever to get my whole order. I had to go up to the counter multiple times to inquire about the rest of my order. I was assured several times that it was almost ready. On my last approach to the counter I witnessed the employee just start to make my beverage. This is ridiculous.

Probably the worst Dunkin on the planet. Order never correct, twenty minutes to serve two customers in drive thru. Broken ovens for months. Employees always outside instead of working. Total never accurate consistently have to ask for correct change because staff can't count money including coin change.Go

Every time I leave go here something’s wrong, the employees are so mean…like really rude for nothing. Just going up to the window they are acting like I bothered them. And it’s every time I go there not even once or twice. I don’t go there anymore, the last time they gave me a sandwich with pork inside and it was frozen inside, I didn’t go back because I just knew they wouldn’t be kind about it.

Stud in line for almost a hour waiting on two employees help on person at a very slow pace, the customer in front of me had about 300 gift cards that was getting processed very very slowly as the line started to forming out the door the employees paid this issue no mind, now they're two other cash registers in the store no one is using again not apologizing offer a drink for waiting or nothing that's why I said that they were re·tard·ed saying nothing to the customers waiting just letting us stand their l LEFT OUT THE DOOR NEVER TO RETURN.AVISED NOT TO GO TO DOUNKIN DONUTS IN BOULDER COLORADO...
