I paid $13 for a begal and a small drink. I got the new gray and meat begal . It was ok .it honestly tasted like a little ceaser sausage pizza, which was weird. I guess it was the meat that they put on top of the begal.. worst part, I didn't even get full

Ordered a bagel from Maple House through web order, but when I arrived, they told me it was sold out. Instead of offering a refund first, the employee told me to pick a substitute. This felt like being forced into a purchase rather than given a choice. A refund should have been the first option. Extremely disappointed—will never return.

I come in here about 3 times a week and always get the same thing (2 cheddar jalapeño bagels, which I’d definitely recommend)! All their bagels are great but I have just found my favorite and get in the habit of eating the same thing all the time. All their staff are super friendly , they always ask how your day is going and get your order made and ready super fast. Every time I think I’m running late to work I some how get there on time after their fast service. I’ve been coming in for over a year now so honestly over 150 times and I have never once had a problem. Shout out the whole team :) I never leave reviews anywhere but they have really stood out to me that I wanted to say something!
Ordered online to pickup; after 40 minutes, no pickup orders were made. All of them were red on the screen and no worker cared enough to process them

Terrible customer service. Twice now that I ordered bakers dozen and the order taker completely ignores the request and inserts odd flavor bagels. Very rude. Will stop going to this location. Likely that management is giving these instructions to get rid of bagels that aren’t selling… customer pays for their mismanagement.
