Long story short went up there to pick up an online order the manager manager working on a Sunday morning March 3rd. I stood in line very kindly. I’ve been waiting there a long time. He said it’s the next one up so I waited patient. It’s the young child with the mustache that was in charge. I’ve been waiting there 17 minutes according to the order and I asked again and he looks at me and yells at me across the restaurant in front of everybody and said, do you have a problem? I am dumbfounded on the level of Customer Sevice this individual has and how, and whoever decided to leave him in charge let alone talk to people that way and a customer service environment! I will never visit this establishment again, and I wish you the best of luck with this joker of a manager

I usually come here before work because it's usually a quick stop. Today, I showed up. There were three people in front of me. It took them 20 minutes for them to even take my order. When they did, I asked if it could be expedited so I could get to work on time and they told me to leave the house earlier. Terrible service and terrible attitude

This isn't my usual Einstein's location, but as I was driving into Boulder I decided to stop in and get a bagel to go. The cashier was friendly, greeting me with a smile, and quickly took my order. When I scanned my app to accumulate points, she excitedly told me that I had a free breakfast sandwich! That was a pleasant surprise because I had no idea and I got my sandwich within about 2 minutes of ordering. Way to go on customer service! I love the way this restaurant is set up. The dining area is around the corner from where you order which yields some separation and privacy from the hustle and bustle of the front. I like how the online orders are immediately in front of the door so you can just grab your order and get out without having to wander through the crowds of people or the restaurant to get it. The bagel was prepared perfectly. I got the bacon, egg, and cheddar sandwich with 2 eggs and extra cheese. They actually remembered to put on the extra cheese! I'm excited about that since my usual Einstein's usually forgets. Everything tasted delicious and fresh.

I ordered a Tasty Turkey bagel with no tomato - when I opened it at home, I found two slices of tomato, which I had to pick out. Luckily it wasn't an allergy accommodation, or the whole meal would be inedible. The person making my order clarified with a coworker while making it that the "onion & chive schmear" was one thing, and not "onions, and chive schmear". This tells me that the training staff gets is inadequate. I guess they got distracted by the schmear clarification and forgot to keep the tomatoes off my bagel. I shouldn't have to check my food on the premises to make sure it is to my specifications.Dietary restrictions: Double check that the staff know and remember the changes you've asked for, cos it's easy to forget while making them, apparently.

The young guy making my bagel got mad when I told him he did not toast my bagel burnt the second on out of spite

They seem to make sandwiches one at a time even though they have a conveyer toaster and a six egg griddle. They didn't even make the eggs or bacon for it to take 15 mins for a

Girl that takes the orders is a sweetheart and does her best even when it’s super busy. Lady behind the scenes that manages the making of each order is nice as can be as well. Dude that actually makes the orders is a bit Kurt but means well. I think a lot of customers get the wrong impression to be honest. The Sante Fe bagel sandwich is consistently one of the best breakfast sandwiches I’ve ever had. That’s it. Whoooo!

Bagel Sandwiches were amazing.. Coffee was good.. Service was at best a 4* because they are super slow.. No chairs in the whole place to sit down while waiting.. Parking.... HORRIBLE!!!

Don't make the mistake of telling them that you wanted the bagel toasted when they didn't toast it. Or to tell them that you didn't want lettuce when you see them putting on lettuce. The cashier came out screaming at me at the top of his lungs that I am being disrespectful and that it is uncalled for to do that. Then he violently threw the sandwich that was already finished for my girl into the trash and when the electronic refund didn't work, he threw a $20 bill at me. When I threw my drink at the counter in return, he followed me out and threatened me with violence. His partner prevented him from hitting me, but he did throw the bottle at my car. Stay away from this place. Or from Einstein Brothers, in general. This is no way to treat customers.

Ordered a lox bagel. Didn't come with onions. Asked for onions and was told they were out...would've been real nice to know.

0/5 Male employee with curly hair in a bun who said he was the manager was the single rudest employee I had ever encountered. He screamed at another customer ahead of us who wanted to place a second order and he had very very rude responses to two other customers. We were all appalled. Another customer who has been to this location on other occasions commented that this employee is always very rude. We will try to contact the franchise owner.

Staff is impolite and it seems very chaotic. When they were out of cream, the employee on the register practically yanked the carafe out of my hand just to place it on the counter directly next to me, before handing me their carton of half and half, which I questioned for health reasons. Luckily, Another employee with curly hair in a bun ran over while exclaiming to her that she can't hand out half and half "because we don't know the last time someone washed their hands". While I was initially glad Curly Bun was aware of health standards, he was rude in demanding I set down my cup so heDidn't "pour it all over my hand". I would have been grateful if his tone wasn't so rude and patronizing. I felt confused and like a burden the entire 20 minutes it took themTo get my order. The layout also makes it difficult to know where the line is supposed to go and where you wait for food. I felt uncomfortable in here for multiple reasons. Then I received my bagel.... not worth an almost 30 minute wait.

0/5 stars- The people who work here are incredibly rude and nasty. I will never give this location my business and will make sure to tell others of their abhorrent lack of customer service. Making fun of a customer over a simple question is just gross.
