Fleishman's Bagel and Delicatessen

Wonderful experience. I stopped by with my hungry toddler and they served him asap! I brought the rest home and had to share my kipper bagel with him as well since he’d already polished off his own bagel. Can’t wait to go back! Delicious all around.

We catered from Fleishman’s for a brunch held at a hotel nearby. The delivery came perfectly on time, and the food was excellent. We got bagels, lox platters, pastrami and turkey sandwiches, knishes, egg salad, and zucchini bread. Danna was very easy to work with during the process, and she was able to accommodate all our requests. Everyone absolutely loved everything. The pricing was also fair/competitive relative to other options, and I’m sure the quality of the food here far clears others.

The only place in Boulder this New Yorker will eat bagels from. 100% authentic reminds me of home every time everything is always fresh and she even makes Noodle kugel. Look for the yellow food truck in the Whole Foods parking lot.

Im gonna say this once: coming from a family of New York Jews, this is THE place for bagels in Boulder and it isn’t close. Great flavor, amazing “glassy outside and chewy inside” texture, and awesome shmear/cream cheese. The owner told me she put over a year of r&d into crafting the bagel recipe, and I believe it. Can’t wait to try their kugel and matzoball soup too!

DO NOT go to Fleishman’s if you are in a hurry and looking for a quick stop before work. You go to Fleishman’s for friendly service and to eat one of the best bagels you can get outside of New York. People that leave negative reviews mostly comment on how long it takes. You gotta go there KNOWING it’s gonna take a bit longer than you think but it’s always, ALWAYS worth it. This isn’t some Einstein’s franchise where you’re in and out in five minutes, it’s a delicatessen food truck. You go to Fleishman’s for quality, not convenience!!

Truly a 10/10 experience!! The bagel sandwiches are AMAZING!!! The best I’ve had in a long time. Next time my hubs & I are craving a bagel sandwich, we are definitely coming back here!!
