Went yesterday for bagels and game back today for matzo ball soup. For a Jew from New York who has been yearning for my comfort food somewhere closer than south Denver, this place was a gift to find. For a New York/New Jersey bagel (good crust with chewy texture inside), this place nails it. Matzo ball soup was by far the best I’ve had in Boulder. I’m going to be there every weekend to stock up.

Easily the best bagels in Boulder. They aren't Knickerbockers, Liberty, or Ess-a-bagel in NYC, but we don't live in NYC, we live at altitude in flyover country. :) We grab bagels here twice weekly, and are never disappointed. I would recommend these to anyone and everyone.

Took so long I thought I my bagel was gunna get moldy. Then they slide a hot shotty mini bagel to me that was 15 bones. Not worth the money at all.

Waited over an hour for a small overpriced bagel. Might as well have gone to whole foods bought the ingredients and made it myself.
We love you
My wife and I stopped here for lunch.
Great location. Lots and lots of parking.
We had turkey on rye and some everything bagels.
Here’s the thing about the awesome turkey they use. They told me they bring it in from a deli in NY. Believe me - it makes all the difference.
Why?
Most “high end” sandwich places advertise they use Boar’s Head. Boar’s Head - really? That’s the best they can do?
When everyone is using the same meat, they all taste the same. When they’re all using the same meat, the only thing that differentiates any other sandwich shop from one another is the bread.
The rye bread here - EXCELLENT.
So now you have EXCELLENT bread and AWESOME meat.
You won’t regret it.
The Everything Bagels.
The bagel itself has just a bit of a crunch on the outside - as an excellent NY bagel should.
(Can you guess what part of the country I’m from?)
The inside is soft, but not chewy. So many bagels are chewy on the inside.
These aren’t chewy.
The spice on the outside was not salty.
So many bagel shops over salt to try and hide the crappy bagel.
This - reminds me of home.
In Boulder.

We loved this bagel truck located in a bicycle shop parking lot! The bagels were FANTASTIC! I had a breakfast bagel and my partner had salmon.
We were heading from Denver to Rocky Mountain National Park, so ate on site. Only a couple tables FYSA. Looked like most of the traffic was to go.
Has the impression the owners were both working the truck. Be prepared to be called "Love" a lot! :)

Great bagels! We ordered some catering platters for a work event and they were a hit. Danna was great to work with and pick up was super easy. Thanks again!

Bagel, cream cheese, and jam super tasty!
Proper NY. Bagel goes beyond Moes and Woodgrain. Great service.

I love bagels, and while there are some other quality bagel bakeries in Boulder, Fleishman's is the best. Can't wait for the brick and mortar location!
I dream about these bagels nearly every day. Simply the best!
