Fringe - A Well-Tapped Eatery

Landing in Boulder on a Monday night, not too many options, but the pizzas at Fringe were good and vegan cheese available. We had veggie and eggplant parm pizza. Not sure if the crispy eggplant actually had parm, but that was the better pizza IMHO. Ask for the hot pepper sauce - it is seriously hot!

Excellent across the board. They were able to accommodate our party of 20 with just 3ish hours notice. Service was fantastic; food was delicious. We had almost all the appetizers on the menu; the crispy Brussel sprouts were my favorite. I really liked my crab cakes; my husband’s Mahi Mahi was even better. Those who ordered pizzas in our party had nothing but good things to say. Thanks so much for serving our large group!

This place makes you cut your own pizza with worn out office scissors. Embarrassing no. Everyone working there seems like they hate life and would prefer to be literally anywhere else. Not their fault, I’m sure they’re all underpaid. Spend your money somewhere else!

This is my favorite place to have pizza 🍕 They also have delicious 😋 appetizers and everything else. Always coming back and never experiencing any disappointment.

Great place but but the prices keep me from visiting outside of happy hour. Luckily it's quite a generous one -- every day 3-6pm at time of writing -- and I'm a man of simple taste, so the margherita happy hour pizza is all I need.

Absolutely astonished- the food was incredible, (vegan veggie pizza) and the service was extraordinary. Everyone was so friendly and helpful- you should definitely go. (It's not cheap, but it shouldn't be- it's that good.)

Such a gem of a find in Boulder! The Brussels sprouts appetizer is INSANE! Crispy from the oven and gushing with honey.

The mahi mahi and lamb pepperoni pizza were also delicious. Everything hot, served quick, awesome owner who you can tell is super passionate.

Could use some noise dampening on the ceiling as it’s a bit loud— but overall the space is beautiful with an artistic design.

Highly recommend!
