It’s a mostly self service. You get your own utensils, napkins, put away your dishes and pay at the front. Food was good but nothing mind blowing. Salmon onigiri was really good though definitely give that a try.
It seemed as though there was only a single employee in the restaurant! The service was good but slow. The veggies were also slightly undercooked in the Sherpa stew, but the broth was delicious.
We recently visited Fuji Restaurant in Boulder, hoping to enjoy some of the familiar Japanese dishes we've loved in the past. Unfortunately, we were surprised to find that the restaurant is now under new ownership, and the menu has changed significantly.
