Gabee Coffee is an AMAZING Korean Cafe!My husband and I were traveling through CO on our move home from living in Japan for 3 years. I wanted a coffee shop that reminded me of our time in Japan and travels through South Korea & we discovered this sweet gem!!?When I tell you it’s authentic, I mean it! From the smooth richness of the coffee, to the perfect level of sweetness, and the amazing latte art that Japan + Korea take such amazing pride AND hard work in mastering shines through here. ☕️Recommend: Any of their seasonal special lattes, Iced Americano (IYKYK), ground beans to take home for your own personal drip coffee. The Service: 10/10. The woman who took our order was so nice and welcoming. She also helped me select the perfect coffee to purchase for my drip coffee needs.Their difference: Their awards, specialized sourcing, 100% organic beans, and eco friendly packaging.—While I’m sure many of you will just stop in for a coffee on the run. I feel it’s important to acknowledge them for their awards in South Korea! I took the time to read the wall.. literally lol.Mr. Chae the owner and many of his students over the years have joined and competed in the KBC! (Korean Barista Championship) That means this place is LEGIT gold here in the USA!! You will never walk away with a bad coffee or latte because they know what they’re doing. So my fellow friends who have lived overseas, want a true genuine taste of Korean coffee, or just plain curious. Give them a try!!I will preface it’s not your normal establishment for just a “cup of joe” so if that’s what you’re into, maybe keep on walking. However, if you are looking to expand your palate and elevate your tastebuds with Korean flare step on in at Gabee Cafe in Boulder, CO.They sell their beans online. I’ll be ordering more to the East Coast. ? The only thing I’d love to see more is drip coffee ground options and mug merch because I’d buy that too lol.가비커피 정말 감사합니다 ?ガビーコーヒー、本当にありがとう

Got a vanilla latte and white mocha there. Asked for oat milk and for the drinks to be half sweet. We weren’t a big fan of the oat milk and it tasted like they may have used artificially sweet flavoring. The shop was cute though and had pastries and stuff. Loved the cute cat screen they put on my coffee.

This coffee shop is the most slept on gem I have found in Colorado! They know how to make an amazing specialty latte, perfect micro foam, and delicious geisha coffee.

This may be the best coffee shop I have ever been to. The coffee is perfect. The people who own and operate the shop are extremely pleasant and professional. They don’t try to merchandise - the only things you can buy here are coffee and beans (the beans are roasted in house and are exceptional). You aren’t allowed to hang out and work on your computer in the coffee shop all day, so there’s always a seat if you want to drink your coffee at the shop. It’s a utopian coffee experience and I hope they remain in business until the heat death of the universe.

Best coffee shop in Boulder. They have unique options on the menu but also have the best classic espresso drinks. I always get an iced matcha latte or the iced black tea latte, which are both incredible and not overly sweet. The hot drinks come with this adorable art on top. They also have unique bulk coffee beans you could gift to someone! Fast service, kind people, cannot recommend this place enough!

The best cups of coffee I've ever had, hands down. My go-to is the mocha, and I hate going anywhere else now and trying new coffee shops because nowhere else's tastes as good!! Kim, Yoori, and Mr. Chae are also just so kind and friendly and seem to know all their regular customers - it's a great and cozy vibe! I live about an hour from Boulder now and drive up sometimes JUST for coffee here and to hangout with my laptop, and I walk in and don't even have to say my order because they already know! And just a note for anyone coming in for the first time because I've seen the confused customers hahaha: they don't serve American-style drip coffee you'd normally get in like a restaurant or diner, so if that's what you're looking for, go for the Americano (which is just espresso and hot water)!
