Good Times Burgers & Frozen Custard

Only been to the one in Boulder but every time the burgers taste great it's not terribly expensive.

I always get the tenders order, but somehow, they always give me one tender that is inedible (hard, small, and feels old). Not sure who to complain to, I really like this place, but I can't understand what does the staff gain by serving food that isn't edible, unless they hold stock in the company and this lack of quality control is deliberate.

Anyway, I'm not going to this place for a while, I guess pizza it is, lol

Have always loved the custard and Veghead burger. One reason the sandwiches were extra good because the large leaf lettuce was so fresh. Apparently things changed. Today the micro shredded lettuce left the sandwich stupidly messy and it all actually collapsed into such a mess it was inedible. Hopefully they go back to higher quality ingredients.

Never had a bad meal & I love their frozen custard! Chocolate Caramel Spoon Bender!! 😋

They are always Epic & have epic Food & service. Homies have food ready before I put my card in my wallet 99% of the time

Adam is the man. He is always friendly and provides great service, and even recommended a specific fountain drink which I loved. This is my go to spot for lunch breaks in Boulder.

Edit: changing my review because the goodtimes app stole my money and never sent the order, and the employee there treated me like im an idiot for using the app. I will not be able to eat lunch today bc all my time was wasted. Completely unacceptable

I used to think that good times was a slight upgrade over the other fast food restaurant... I have since changed my mind. I took a couple bites of my burger and realize they hadn't added my guacamole..... I then opened my sandwich and this is what I found, here's what. $1.25 add-on gets you.... A guacamole skid mark at best.

Their beef is very good and their staff is quite nice and efficient . $24.00 for a combo meal and a shake is obscene. I can never go back there which is sad.
