I work nearby and a group of us try to go by every Tuesday. I get the special (quesabirria) almost every time because it’s just so dang good. Their tacos are also prime, love the chicken and asada especially. I’ve personally never had their burritos or quesadillas but they always look and smell good when my coworkers get them. First time at this food truck. Offers the typical Mexican fair with an extensive meat selection. Prices seem decent. I ordered the Barbacoa burrito which came with guac sour cream beans rice lettuce. On the side, you can have mild or hot sauce. Rita was good sized hefty. Near the end it started to bust out of the bottom seam. One of the best mexican/taco trucks in boulder. The green Cube offers a variety of proteins all inspired by traditional Tex-Mex flavors. They offer Berea tacos that are by far delicious just take note the only accept cash. That's not a problem when they accept venmo and zelle. I highly recommend you try this location in Boulder avoid noon as they get busy with construction workers
