I’m honestly not sure if Boulder deserves this place. It’s exceptional. The food is inventive yet approachable. It’s both flavorful and satisfying. A food truck of this caliber belongs in Chicago or some other food mecca. Fortunately for all of us, it is here in little ole Boulder, just kicking ass.

The food was good at Rayback, (smoked salmon) but ordered rye bread & got almost burnt multigrain bread, really, that’s pretty basic?! Should’ve checked my order before I gave the tip.. c’mon !!!

the swedish meatball tacos with lingonberries are delicious.
The bread was so underwhelming. Considering the concert is an open faced sandwich I find it to quite disappointing.
I will dream of that smoked salmon for the rest of my life!
