Had the Swedish meatball tacos and my partner had the shrimp sandwich when the food truck was at Liquid Mechanics. Such a creative concept, delicious food, and great presentation.

Came across this food truck at Wild Provisions on a Saturday evening. We didn’t plan on eating but we saw the menu and had to try a few things from the menuWe decided on “the beet” and the hot dog. Both were delicious! Even my beet-hating husband enjoyed the combination of flavors. We will be keeping an eye out for Grey Duck to try a few more of their offerings!

The food was good at Rayback, (smoked salmon) but ordered rye bread & got almost burnt multigrain bread, really, that’s pretty basic?! Should’ve checked my order before I gave the tip.. c’mon !!!

the swedish meatball tacos with lingonberries are delicious.

The bread was so underwhelming. Considering the concert is an open faced sandwich I find it to quite disappointing.

I met friends for a drink and a light meal on a Friday afternoon at a local microbrewery. I'm new to the area, so I have lots to learn! We opted to get lunch from the food truck and although I had chosen something else earlier I decided to go rogue and get the avocado toast. The Ryebread was really thick and hearty, the avocado was perfectly ripe and the nutritional yeast was an added benefit. The micro greens and pickled onion we're good, however the lunch would have been better if there were more of them. All things told, this lunch was really good, but got kinda avocado-y after a while. Less avocado and more other stuff would have made us a five star lunch.

After seeing Grey Duck Eats on the morning news and where they were going to be I knew we had to go check them out. So I reached out to them on Instagram to see if they offered a Gluten-free option and they do. I had the Spuds which has Tarragon aioli, cheese curds, pickled red onions, potato chips, beet salt, dill, micro greens. It was amazing. My wife had the Beets which has Salt roasted and pickled beets, radish, turnips, carrots, Icelandic goat cheese, sunflower seeds, micro greens. She loved it and the fact that it was Gluten-free was great. From roaminghunger.comGrey Duck Eats is a truly one of a kind foodie experience. How so? Two words - Scandinavian food. This type of international fare is sorely underrepresented in the US of A, but luckily this trailer is stepping in to right that wrong. They're bringing a bounty of smørrebrød to Boulder, CA, a Scandinavian open-faced sandwich you need to try before you die.

Grey Duck Eats is a Boulder/Longmont based food truck. They serve Nordic inspired open faced sandwiches. If you're not sold already, I'm not sure we can be friends...My buddy and I first heard about Grey Ducks Eats from Cellar West Artisan Ales in Longmont. We try to swing by the taproom every few months even though it's a commute from Denver. When we saw the truck would be setting up shop on Friday, we made the last minute decision to jump in the car and check it out. These guys use local, high quality ingredients, which is paired with an homage to old country cooking techniques. The menu is small, but packed with goodies and the occasional special.+Roast Beef - ($10) Smoked Mayo, Pickles, Crispy Onions, Butter and Microgreens. I don't even remember the last time I ordered a Roast Beef Sandwich. This brought me back to my childhood, though the flavors executed were above and beyond your average sandwich. The star of the show is the Millabrød bread, which was hearty and crisp. Everything paired nicely together and you won't leave hungry! The [assumed] owners were so nice and friendly. Plus, the meal was a match made in heaven with Cellar West's delicious beer! I highly suggest tracking down Grey Duck Eats or giving them a shot when you see them pop up at a local brewery in Longmont or Boulder.
