Great front desk staff. Nice breakfast buffet ( for a fee). Music in lobby area was annoying

Loud train every few hours, otherwise good.

Rooms: The room we had was a king room. It was clean and had plenty of fresh towels. There was a heavy smell of cologne in the room when we entered but that was really the only negative aspect we encountered.

Walkability: This is near the pearl street mall attraction and there was plenty of bars, restaurants and shopping.

The hotel team at the front deal is very rude and they won't solve anything for you. The rooms are not spacious and do not meet the minimum standard of cleanliness. The included breakfast is terrible, they don't have fresh fruit and the coffee, which is basic, is not good.
The only good thing about the hotel is the location.

Great experience with recent stay. Room was clean, comfortable, great view of Flatirons, and quiet. Service was kind and excellent. Gym is small but adequate; pool is nice! We love the location. Thank you to the staff person who helped us figure out parking as well! (Paying for parking is the only downside we found!)

I've stayed in a lot of Hyatt Places for work and this is definitely one of the nicer ones! Room was incredibly quiet and AC was powerful and quiet and not clunking on and off as it does in some older hotels. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was better than normal too. Overall very happy with our stay and would recommend. Short 8 min drive or so to get to the main pearl street of boulder.

Great place to stay a few nights. The room was clean, glassware made of glass, surprisingly hi-end for a 200$ rate per night. One thing that really frustrated was the shower head, it was mounted way up, almost at the ceiling level, so I would recommend the management to think about the short people too when designing their showers. Not everyone is 6 feet tall and can enjoy the showering experience. Please, and thank you.

Noteworthy details: Showers are mounted way too high up.

Front desk are very slow. Long lines are not uncommon. They tend to be unreceptive when asked to send amenities up to the room and would rather hand it to you in person.
The room service was bad. They would barge in even when do not disturb sign was outside! Some money went missing too!
The only good thing about this hotel is the room and the free breakfast.

This hotel seems dated. AC in the lobby and hallway was not functioning for the three days we stayed. Construction across the street was unpleasant. Did not enjoy the breakfast or the worn seating area much. Disappointing first impression of a Hyatt hotel.

I tried to use the bathroom in the lobby, as it was an emergency, and they said it was only for guests. How much does it cost to let someone use your bathroom? How selfish. I will make sure not to stay at Hyatt brand hotels in the future.

This is a nice Hyatt Place located within a short driving distance to the Pearl Street Mall and the University of Colorado. We stayed in one of the corner suites, which felt like an apartment and had a Hyatt House feel to it. The views from the room of the Rockies were amazing, and the staff at the front desk was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing staff. Great value. Great location. Two great restaurants, one downstairs and one next building to the north. Kushum and Matt went beyond to make me feel like family as I was staying due to an issue at my house nearby. Also my parents favorite hotel when they visit. You will not be disappointed.

Noteworthy details: The staff was outstanding! You couldn’t find a nicer front desk person. I will return! Also the breakfast was great.

When my wife and I checked in ou room only had towels for one person. The TV in our room would regularly freeze, so we were unable to use the TV. This continued even after a technician came to fix the TV. When I tried to use the computer and printer in the lobby it was not working. The staff tried to assist, but to no avail. Lastly, when I returned home and saw my emailed receipt I found a charge for a drink at the bar billed to my room on Friday 7/5 during a time I was not at the hotel. When I return to Boulder I will seek out another hotel.
