My husband & I and our little dog had a fantastic stay!
They covered the basics and so much more.
Location is just about a mile from Pearl street with dozens of restaurants. The beds are comfortable. Rooms are set up efficiently with an L-shaped coach & desk. Free breakfast and wifi. Easy street parking if you want. Coffee available even after breakfast hours. Cookies in the evening.
Nice surprise — trivia in the lobby bar area Monday night.
And the best part was the staff, especially the manager Matt. The staff are friendly and work as a team. At check it there was just one other person checking in and the bartender jumped in the open a 2nd line
It’s a national chain, but we had a family owned business experience.
Great room, great accommodations, breakfast was excellent, the employees were very professional and super helpful with the kids. Gave lots of recommendations on places to go, and super super clean.
A fine hotel with a standard morning breakfast. Parking was either street parking or $25/day in the garage around the corner. Our room was clean and comfortable. Dominique and the other staff at the front desk were friendly!
A decent hotel in Boulder. My room faced the courtyard. There was zero noise from outside, but there was noise from adjacent rooms and the hallway. The walls are very thin. The doors are soundproofed and don't slam shut, but the walls are just too thin. The room was nothing special, but breakfast was very good.
Very nice place!! 12pm checkout, $25 parking in the garage, and a perfect location to get anywhere in Boulder and easy access to the highway. Staff were very friendly and the rooms were spacious and clean!
Front desk guy knew his stuff very professional. The first room we got was hot and wouldnt cool down but he moved us and had a great rest of our stay. Here is our view from our first room #447 laying on our bed.
I booked a small room block at the Hyatt Place Boulder/Pearl Street for attendees at a conference at CU. The sales team was very helpful and great to work with. My conference attendees all reported that the hotel was nice. I will definitely use the Hyatt Place Boulder/Pearl Street again for my group bookings.
Fine hotel. Amenities are OK.
Location is not that central.
Room was not thoroughly cleaned on arrival, front desk offered a room change, no upgrade or a cleaning. We had already dropped our bags… would have appreciated a bit more effort to make this right.
I'll give the front desk staff so slack because they were training a new employee, who needs extra training in how to interact with guests. Pool/Hot tub were great. Breakfast Buffet (complimentary) was EXCELLENT. Rooms were okay, a little dated. Fairly expensive, but it's Boulder, so expected. Parking is in a paid (expensive ar $25/day) RTD garage, which is nearby.
Parking is $25.00 per night. Our room and hallway near our room needed vacuuming. Other than that, nice place. Front desk was very helpful.

Samantha at the front desk was amazing! Hospitality at its finest. My husband and I appreciate your kindness. We were able to relax so much 🥰
I stayed here during a recent business trip. The location was convenient, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing from the start. Upon entering the room, there was an unpleasant odor. Later that evening, I opened the refrigerator and discovered two to-go boxes of moldy, foul-smelling food—absolutely unacceptable. It's hard to understand how something so obvious was overlooked during cleaning.
I requested to speak with a manager and was initially given the runaround. When I finally did connect with them (days later), their response was indifferent and lacked any real concern or accountability.
The only one thing I didn't like was the sliding glass door for the bathroom. Everything else is great.
Would NOT recommend this hotel - avoid. In gorgeous Boulder, which has views in every direction for days we (and all of the other windows seen here) are looking at an ugly plain wall. There is virtually NO privacy for the toilet - ick! Slow elevators - book elsewhere.
Love this hotel and location. Everything you need for a family escape. Used the pool and hot tub on a daily basis. Whole Foods walking distance couple of coffee places walking distance. Four of us stayed in double queen room for four nights and had a blast.
