Almost all the tables were dirty. Extremely slow and unattentive service (from when I walked in to when i got the bill took over an hour)To top it off there was a fly cooked with my eggs, I did not receive a discount when I was told I'd get one.

I know it's unfair to critique when I was there at 4am, but I haven't had a place serve me bacon and sausage that I didn't really like... As if cooked on dirty cooking surfaces, or undercooked. The pancakes were also seemingly not given proper attention and the French toast either because one side had all the egg batter still coming of it. Powdered sugar all over my sausage and bacon didn't help, and I am someone who usually orders extra bacon and sausage and can't get enough. I left half a link on the plate to be thrown out.... As I said, I know that I was there super late but I was far from the only customer and it was midweek. So I may need to give another chance but for now, I can only say I was glad to be able to at least get some food at that time...

Went there the other night and my food sat in the window for 10mins, after that our server asked if we wanted the check when i hadnt even gotten my food. Then he boxed up the food and didnt even discount it.

Walked in and walked out. Saw a literal waterfall coming through a hole in the ceiling from the snow melt, tried to give it a shot anyways went and about to sit down and there was a strong smell of stagnant old mop water In a bucket close to the table, and left the building. Hope they update the interior asap. I would be embarrassed for my customers.

I usually don’t do reviews but this time I feel like I need to do it. What a horrible experience I had today. I took my parter to Ihope stmt Boulder even if we live in Longmont cause I like that location. But this time what I saw it was just this person saying bad things so loud to the people in the kitchen, his name tag say Wilbert I believe and it says he is an assistant manager, he was saying bad things thing talking in Spanish to the employees, I speak Spanish so I could understand everything he was saying, he was making faces while they were saying something and he just ignored them, our server was so friendly if it wasn’t for her I would never come back to this location but it was getting busy and she ask him for help with tables and he said he didn’t want it any tables and sit down and ignored her, while she was with all the tables full on her side. At the end we ask if we can spin the wheel so she call him he says nothing and stay siting doing nothing so we wait for like 10 min until he stoped doing nothing so he came like he didn’t wanted to be there, what a bad attitude and bad management, I’m just really disappointed this is happening. Persons in charge being disrespectful with employees and customers and nobody cares.
