Got the Linguini Mare Nero. I think that was the best pasta I’ve ever had. Delicious tomato sauce with a tiny kick. Also the bread and tiramisu was decadent. New favorite restaurant in Boulder.
Best pasta I’ve ever had. The customer service was outstanding. Tio was an amazing server. Food came out quick and prices were great for the quality of the food. Everything homemade.
How do you stay open for 24 years in that location while being closed on the weekend? Apparently if you make absolutely delicious food, that isn’t a problem. We had an appetizer, entrees, and dessert, and everything was so good that bought some sauce for a meal during the week. A true hidden gem.
