Fine cookies, not even mean people, but good god they do not understand how to deliver. It's kinda unbelievable how many times I've ordered DIRECTLY from these guys, not Uber Eats or Grubhub, and they still comically mess up the timing of my order, the amount of items in my order, or most recently, the entire ADDRESS ON THE ORDER. Please, save yourself the trouble and order in the store or get delivery from any other store in Boulder.

I love that they're open late and have a variety of cookies to choose from. However, I don't know that their pricing is super fair. I purchased a classic cookie six-pack, which was delicious by the way. However, if I wanted a 12 pack it would've been around $30 which is pricey for cookies. If you go to Insomnia, you won't be disappointed with the cookies, they're so so so good!

Delicious desserts, from cookies to ice cream, but all at a fairly high price for what you get.Also, the location leaves much to be desired, with the limited standing room that can fit maybe a couple people also being the only way in and out. Every single time I have gone here I have had some issues either trying to get around people when leaving or having staff and delivery drivers having to get around me while I look at the menu.
I've been to this location multiple times. This review is based solely on the experience I had on my most recent visit, 2/17/24. I stopped in with a friend, and we each ordered an ice cream sandwich to eat right away plus additional cookies to share with other people. The ice cream sandwiches were ok, with a generous amount of ice cream, but the cookies used for them were quite hard (usually when we get them here the cookies are soft). The cookies we took to share with friends were also hard and cold. Normally when we get cookies here they are heated, so a few minutes later when we get in the car they are still warm and soft, which is the entire reason we keep coming back and spending so much money on cookies. Obviously these ones had not been heated AT ALL. This was a huge disappointment and such a waste of money.

This place has been amazing!!! Tonight’s employees were the absolute sweetest, absolute interest in conversing with patrons and completely servicing at an excellent rating. One of the employees was in training and she was absolutely super sweet and definitely went above and beyond in the short time I got to converse with her. Her trainer was just as amazing!!
