An employee stopped my children from using the restroom when they really had to go until we purchased something, even though we were clearly there to purchase something. The reason stated was because other people “did something bad in the bathroom” and that it’s “new company policy”. When profits > basic human decency, we’ll get our smoothies elsewhere next time.

The drinks are great, the dining area is a bit small, and most of the workers do their job pretty well; however, there is one female staff member who has had a horrible attitude every time we've seen her. She's an absolute nightmare to deal with, and is one of the most unpleasant service workers I've ever had the displeasure of ordering from.

If you see a shorter woman with black hair behind the counter, proceed with caution.

When you drop $21 for a smoothie bowl, one should expect all the requested ingredients at minimum. No bananas at a smoothie place?
The 1 person working did apologize and offered to sub other fruit in. But man, a soup bowl of fruit for $21 is extortion and we will not be back.

2 bowls, 1 (alleged) large smoothie (it was medium) and $64 bucks?!?

this place is disgusting. There are fruit flies everywhere and leaves all over the ground. All of the tables are missing chairs and there were flies running into my drink.

I ordered an item they had on their uber eats menu, (the empanada) it was taking forever and kept switching drivers and finally after more than an hour they canceled the order saying they would not “fill the order because I ordered something they do not make”…it was on THEIR menu

This business is a terrible place to visit. I ordered a large strawberry watermelon swirl. It took 15 minutes to get my drink, and when I did, it was completely liquid. It was supposed to be a frozen drink with a lot of ice. It tasted nasty, hot, and it cost $9.84. The prices for all of their drinks are just too high. Also, the two people working there had zero social skills, and were very rude. No smiles, just nasty, overly-priced drinks served with nasty attitudes!
