Dear Owner…Although I obviously don’t know your typical traffic on a Sunday afternoon, I fear you are hurting your business by staffing short…. My kids and I just waited more than 15 minutes to order while the store was packed with customers waiting for orders!.. there are two team members working (and neither is enthusiastic but perhaps that’s due to the overwhelm). My kids love your products but I thought you should know that the service level on Sunday at 1:15PM is not in line with the product quality. Dave

Good smoothies but there’s always a long wait to get your orders. Even when there’s no line. I think they just don’t have enough workers at this location(Update 6/8/2023 - I’ve been back a couple times now and the service seems to be getting better)

No real complaints on quality you expect from the Jamba chain. Just always seems understaffed and slow.
I love this Jamba Juice it is super yummy. Also the staff is kind and plenty of places to sit. Also has free parking.
