My kids and I just waited more than 15 minutes to order while the store was packed with customers waiting for orders!.. there are two team members working (and neither is enthusiastic but perhaps that’s due to the overwhelm). Good smoothies but there’s always a long wait to get your orders. Even when there’s no line. I think they just don’t have enough workers at this location(Update 6/8/2023 - I’ve been back a couple times now and the service seems to be getting better)

Okay experience. Long wait for us, but then when we left people were in and out. Got an egg bite—rather expensive—and it was frozen cold still. Not wrapped in foil.
Went back in to complain, got a hot one which took a while to cook, and wrapped in foil. Drinks were okay. Jamba in Broomfield is my preference.
