I order from this JJ's a lot. like WAY too much... I do it because they're close and inexpensive, but also, this store rocks. Most of the time, they're "Freaky Fast", but if they're not, I know they're busy- life happens, that's all good!In the past 8 months of regular ordering, (like multiple times a week), I might have had one or two issues, ever, and the drivers and managers are ALWAYS super cool, helplful, and accommodating.Regardless...
I ordered a sandwich from Jimmy John’s online app, hoping to get it “freaky fast” as they claim. However, when I arrived at the store, my order was still not ready, and I had to wait. What is the purpose of wasting my time with the app? The staff was rude and unprofessional, and they blamed me for being frustrated. They did not apologize or offer any compensation for the delay. The sandwich was mediocre and not worth the hassle. I will not order from Jimmy John’s again...
Friendly staff (pending on their attitude that day). Small squished location when it comes to dinning in (was missing a chair on this recent visit at the small 2 seater table up front).Overall fun, easy, grab & go sandwiches ? though nothing spectacular. My daugther just wanted Jimmy John's, a quick meal idea as we were on the go.
