There is always a line for Kind Confections at vegan pop-ups and events. Everyone knows they are fantastic. Give them to your non-vegan friends and they will agree. Consistently delicious.

I have been missing Kouign-Amann’s so badly. Theirs are superb. And their pain au chocolat has TWO lines of chocolate inside 😍😌

We have gone out of our way to get Kind Confection croissants. They are large, buttery and flakey. They do pop-ups around Boulder & Denver, sometimes at Rayback in Boulder. Currently saw on Instagram that they are offering pick up on Sunday's at their bake location in Boulder. Check that out first, don't just show up. Wish they had regular brick and mortar, but maybe this is a start?
