Purchased a very dry and tough pulled pork sandwich and two turkey bowls to go. Sandwich was so dry and tough, bbq sauce was so thin and watered down it did not help. Turkey bowls were dark meat only, very strong game taste. The stuffing in the bowl was wet and mushy. Not sure if this is a regular item on the menu or last weeks left overs. Inedible, very disappointing. Recommend MO’s BBQ across town.

I tried this place for dinner and ordered Mike’s basket with the beef brisket, coleslaw, beans, and the mashed potatoes. The meal was 15.99 not including tax or tip. I was disappointed by the portion size as well as the quality. The main brisket dish was a pulled brisket, it was dry and overall not very flavorful. Also for $16 there should’ve been much more meat. The coleslaw was good And the staff were nice. The place seemed clean and well kept. There is so much good food in Boulder, this place is not worth going to and is to expensive for what you get.

Living in the South and moving to Colorado, good BBQ is hard to find. Saw the sign & had to try out the bbq.. got chicken, pork & brisket. Everything was fantastic. Love the fact you can sauce it yourself. That way you are in control. The staff working made the experience that much more pleasant. I could go on & on bc when you finally find good eats, you want to tell everyone. However, words can't beat out trying it for yourself.

I knew I was in the wrong when I got there and didn't smell any BBQ. Dryest brisket I've ever had. If you're craving BBQ, go somewhere else in my humble opinion

The only redeeming factor of this restaurant is the relatively cheap price. It was maybe the worst BBQ I've had. The ribs were dry and had a weird texture. The mac and cheese was pretty cold and bland. The cornbread was dry and very bland.
I ordered online from this KT's. Meant to go to the one on Arapahoe. They were understanding and tried to transfer my order. Other location didn't have what I ordered, so they gave me a refund instead within the hour.

This is the 3rd time I have negatively reviewed this place, and apparently no one cares. I ordered brisket and it was ALL fat and gristle. I wanted to puke. How do you stay open?? Shove some crappy food into a paper bag and hope no one complains?So this is how you treat take out customers? You cannot stand behind this crap you call barbecue. This is horrible and the LAST time I will order from there! Absolutely sucks!
