First of all, the price is way too high for what I got. The size of the cup was so small compared to Lollicup. Lollicup’s cups are a third bigger for the same price. Also, the boba is smaller than the pearls that Lollicup has to offer. The drink was also bitter, watery, and didn’t taste like what I ordered. As well, there was so much advertising on the cup and all around the store. I just wanted my boba tea without any movie advertisements. Another thing is, the service was not very good. It seemed as if they didn’t care about their job or wanted to give the costumer a good experience. In all, go to Lollicup if you want a good experience, good service, good boba tea, and all for a cheap price with no advertising.

While on vacation to Boulder and walking the lovely Pearl Street, we happened upon this tea shop. Tried the Zen time blend and the Peach Rooibos. Delicious! Enjoyed these in the seating area, which was peaceful. Highly recommend this place!

Not good tea or service. We ordered hot tea, but were served iced cold tea that tasted like sugar milk - it was so sweet, it was like drinking ice cream, and it made my stomach hurt. I checked the website out after we left, and it seems like there is supposed to be hot milk tea available in addition to the ability to specify sweetness level, but we were not even asked for sweetness level. We didn't ask questions after getting the cold tea because the people working behind the counter were very indifferent, borderline rude, so we thought they gave us cold because that is all they sold. We also just didn't want to interact anymore after the ordering experience. Lolicup is way better.
