Not good tea or service. We ordered hot tea, but were served iced cold tea that tasted like sugar milk - it was so sweet, it was like drinking ice cream, and it made my stomach hurt. I checked the website out after we left, and it seems like there is supposed to be hot milk tea available in addition to the ability to specify sweetness level, but we were not even asked for sweetness level. We didn't ask questions after getting the cold tea because the people working behind the counter were very indifferent, borderline rude, so we thought they gave us cold because that is all they sold. We also just didn't want to interact anymore after the ordering experience. Lolicup is way better.

I usually always get wintermelon milk tea and I love a good lychee jelly. Their wintermelon milk green tea is not that great. They don't have lychee jelly, they have weird lychee balls? And nata jelly. I like the nata jelly, but it is not as good as lychee jelly. Get some lychee jelly please. Service was good and fast the few times I went though.

I’ve always told them that I’d like to order lactose free version of Kung Fu milk tea, and they’ve always used Lactaid as shown in one of the photo. But today some new staff took my order and gave me the regular one, not with the Lactaid. Then even argued with me that they use non-dairy milk powder, so it’s already lactose free, the right thing I should order is the Chai milk balabalabala, so I placed another order got something called Chai milk.First, I didn’t order the wrong thing, the kung-fu milk tea with Lactaid exists (first pic). And it’s called milk tea, what we expect from that? Milk!Second, the regular one give me issue, my body cannot handle it, I don’t know/care what causes the problem. That’s why I asked for lactose free ever since, and they all give me Lactaid milk, none of them gave me regular one and argued with me like what I got today, I don’t know why today’s order is so special.Third, arguing with your customer is not a good idea, I’ve been ordering there for a while without any problems, I didn’t do anything wrong, I don’t need to be taught what I should do. I DON’T think you should treat your customers like god, but at least be a bit more thoughtful and nice I guess.Last, if that’s non-dairy powder, but still called milk tea, I don’t think that’s what people expect. Well I guess you can still do that since you can redefine what milk tea means…Anyways, the photo can prove that the order I placed was legit, and I won’t order anything from there anymore, I go there in order to have some happiness from the nice drink, since there is a risk to get upset, I don’t see any reason to go back. Sorry but not sorry.

So many Great talks and good memories here, never has the boba been old tasting, always perfect consistency.
Does not fail to disappoint. Living within walking distance is dangerous! I always get the oolong milk tea, 50% sweet, less ice, with boba. Perfect!

The Thai tea is horrible. This place is awful. I’m guessing Boulder doesn’t have any other decent boba places either. The customer service is very polite and considerate, but the product is terrible. Boba tastes good, tea quality horrible
