Just had the grilled steak quesadilla, and it was fire. The steak was super tender, perfectly seasoned, and you could actually taste the char from the grill. The cheese was melted just right-gooey without being greasy-and the tortilla had that perfect crisp on the outside. Honestly one of the best quesadillas I’ve had in Colorado. The portions were solid too, definitely worth the price. Service was fast and everyone was friendly. I’ll 100% be coming back.
The food was super flavorful and fresh, and the service was quick and friendly. The tacos were definitely the highlight, and the whole place had a nice, laid-back vibe. I’d totally go back.
Really nice place! Delicious Mexican food and nice to have a spot like this in Boulder. They got spicier salsa ;) but you got to ask for it! Great specials too and nice folks. Def check it out
