Everything is OK in an Amazonish* way, except the hours. The coffee concession has limited hours.(*) Amazonish: adj. A product or service offered by Amazon that is offered for a reduced fee and intended to drive competitors out of business, at which point the price is increased in order to maximize profits for Amazon & Jeff Bezos. See "capitalism run amok".Parking: Parking lot could use a couple more handicapped spots.

I have (so far) visited La Colombe Coffee in Boulder at Wholefoods Market 5-6 times. I usually get the Mocha or the Black and Tan cold brew. Usually Ruth is behind the counter and she is always very pleasant and helpful :). I love La Colombe coffee for the taste and also for the fact that I find it less bitter, thus it sits with me better than other's I have tried. In short always a good experience!!!

This is a great place to get coffee. But don’t overlook their hot chocolate or cold chocolate milk. You will get actual chocolate in that. Give it a try. They use freshly made in house chocolate from caco beans.

I was worried about the bad reviews, but turns out everyone is so nice! Such a nice surprise to find my LA go-to here in Boulder. Highly recommend their oat milk draft latte.

Coffee was okay but barista was very passive aggessive. Really felt like they were angry about having to serve me.

Happy to announce Alissa is no longer there, however it’s mostly new employees and they seem to be understaffed and closing early.

I know there are a lot of bad reviews for this place that specifically call out the service, but everyone was super nice to me.

My barista (Alyssa) was extremely rude from the start. She was not cooperative and I feel bad for the coworker with her who she works with who was very friendly. Alyssa made it obvious she did not want to make a simple syrup and as the other coworker was making my coffee she walked over and said is the person seriously waiting for the simple syrup loud enough to hear. If she is the counter I would not reccomend going there

It is my worst experience at La Colombe. I was so excited when they opened shop in Boulder but It was such a major letdown. I ordered oat draft latte, and when the barista handed me the cup, it felt extremely light - the cup was full but it weighed like it has only one fourth of a cup of liquid in it. I tasted it and it was 80% foam. Since the coffee was straight out of the latte tap, I’m sure we got the top layer where most of the foam is. I went back in and asked the barista - she was very impatient, and said if we don’t like it we could return it at Wholefoods, but it was not her problem and this is how the latte is supposed to taste. I used to go to La Colombe a lot in New York City and after I left for Colorado, I still order their draft latte online frequently, so I know how the coffee tastes like. It’s definitely not all foam! This is such a bad experience that I will never return to La Colombe again.
