Love the hobo skillet! $2.99 mimosas are great too. Most restaurants charge WAY too much for a simple mimosa of champagne and orange juice, but LePeep prices them fairly. Good coffee and good service almost every time. Another important fact that keeps me going back is that, while they are busy, there usually isn't a wait and, if so, it isn't outrageous like many brunch places are. It's pretty basic, simple food, but I really like it.

I've been going to Le Peep on and off for way over 20 years. Today will be my final visit. Hot chocolate of old was delicious, now it's packaged mixed with water for $2.99. Egg dish was overcook and, although the menu represents avocado, what came was an avocado smush that tastes like the stuff you can get by the tub in the grocery store. Nothing was fresh; nothing was served hot. We were there for an hour and a half over lunch and the place was almost empty the entire time. I assume that's because the word has gotten out about how disappointing has become. On top of poor food, the talbe top was literally sticky... I'm guessing it had been wiped down with an icky wet rag. All in all, very sad to say goodbye to an old favorite. Le Peep's time has passed.

Crispy bacon was burned, sent it back and came out burned again. My French toast was dry and stale. All food was room temp and presentation was poor. I will wait for the Buff next time.

Food 9/10 - hard to find a complaint here, price was great as well. Blueberry pancakes and desperado skillet. Immaculate. Environment 8/10 - comfortable, casual, and quiet. Service 10/10 - Alex was super nice, everything came out quick and timely.

G was our waiter and we loved them. Prompt seating, food came out quickly, and the portions were massive. Recommend the trout all the way, and seeing if you can get G as your waiter because they were awesome and had great recs:) super warm and friendly.

Food was fantastic. Very generous portions. Also had an entire gluten free menu!! Their regular breakfast burrito was great, good fruit smoothie too. We walked in and ordered to go and it was very quick even on a busy Sunday morning.

Delicious food, wonderfully shady and peaceful patio seating, and fantastic service! Easy walking distance from several hotels. Nice vibe, and our waiter was attentive and quick. Food came out quickly, and was delicious. I ordered the rainbow trout and eggs - never seen fish on a breakfast menu before, but I am here for it!

$$ Le Peep in Boulder CO. This was a great place to eat with indoor and outdoor seating. I really enjoyed the atmosphere. Our wait-person, G, was great and continually kept an eye on us to make sure that we were doing well. The food was served hot, and was absolutely delicious. Mimosas were all around, as well as fresh Colorado springwater. We really did have a good time as the interior of this place is light, airy, and very clean.
