I’ve lived in boulder for 12 years. This is hands down the best place to get a deliciously full healthy sandwich. Generous portions, thick cuts of meat, and a store selection of anything kind of high quality charcuterie magic you’re looking for. I go as often as I can!

Great baguette sandwiches. Outstanding sausages and other hard to find treats.
They have great products, just know the slocer gets cleaned 30 minutes before closing and after that no sandwichs or sliced deli products can be sold.
