Love this place. Last place in Boulder with specialty cheese and charcuterie. Family owned and they’re always so friendly

The Onion soup of a day is the best soup I’ve ever had. Sandwiches are very tasty, and ppl are nice.

This is a slice of European Heaven - delish sandwiches, amazing selection of other treats, easy parking.

$17 for a sandwich, with tip, that was almost entirely filled with very wilted if not slimy arugula. It was just bread and arugula, barely any cheese, meat, peaches. Prosciutto was good but constantly had to pull out hard bits that weren't edible. And then when I get to the store no one will come to the register and the person working is texting, sees me, turns their back further to me. Really disappointing given the reviews.

sandwhich was amazing but dessert wasn't too good, we had the le goat sandwhich which was awesome but on smaller side for the price(I will say everything was very fresh though)
the raspberry eclair was okay, cream was split and almost chunky texture

I’ve never had a sandwich with such a small amount of meat and ingredients on it. For such a large baguette to only have 3 slices of mozzarella, 2 pieces of prosciutto and one basil leaf left us disappointed to say the least. My partners sandwich was also pretty sparse. $30 for 2 half empty sandwich’s. .

I don't normally leave bad reviews but the sandwich I got was one of the most expensive sandwiches I've ever gotten and also one of the worst. The italian had just a single thin slice of meat and the bread was very dry.

I ordered the frigo sandwich but three items were missing. I realized once I got home.

Sandwiches were amazing! A little pricey but to be expected. Cured meats tasted a little off… old and dry which was a shame.

The roast beef sandwich I had was awful. The roast beef was cut thick and was so hard to chew, the fat unrendered, I wondered if it was even cooked correctly. It was so disgusting I took most of the meat off and ate the cheese and bread. I had a stomach ache after.
I've eaten here many times, so I'm sad to write this. But I feel it's gone downhill over the last few months. I know classic wonderful European/French/local sandwiches well, and this was a terrible experience.

Le Frigo is le best, one of our absolute favorite places in Boulder. From The authentic French sandwiches to the cheese cellar to the assortment of imported dry goods that you can't find anywhere else, walking into Le Frigo transports me immediately back to when I lived in Europe. They even indulge me when I order in my very rusty French!
This place is so special that it was the very first place we stopped for food on our way home from the hospital with our newborn!

This place is the best! I live in Denver and anytime I’m in Boulder now I get an itch to go to this spot. The Catalan is a sandwich I dream about. The cheese cave is also a treasure trove.
