I don't recommend getting a gift card for someone here. There was a lot of confusion about how to create and ring it up when my parents purchased it as a gift. Then when my husband and I went to redeem it, they were somehow unable/unwilling to cash out less than $10 or leave the balance of the gift certificate for a service tip, and left us with a useless amount on a gift card. Will not be returning to use $10 towards another $40 breakfast.
If you're looking for a delightful breakfast experience, I highly recommend Lucille's Creole Cafe. My recent visit was nothing short of fantastic! We went to Lucille's for a delicious breakfast the day after Christmas, and we were not disappointed! Our party of five feasted on delicious french toast, which was beautifully prepared and bursting with flavor. We also enjoyed egg dishes that were the perfect blend of spice that made them both yummy and uniquely satisfying....
I usually don’t leave a review immediately after I’m done eating my food but I loved this place! My husband and I got the Cajun breakfast and the egg sardou and they were tasty, well sized meals. The beignets were delicious and I feel like this place isn’t like some other places in boulder that overcharge you for less food. It really felt like a southern breakfast where you’re full afterwards. The staff that greeted me at the host stand were so sweet and very open to conversation...
