Update:
Wow! Talk about a response. During your “lunch rush”. Not surprised you had time to look up my order, blame the carrier (like your staff did) and then not actually make anything better. Reach out, I’ve got a half dozen answers that solve this problem, including picking up the damn phone or holler my name, I’m 10 feet away…don’t make me wait for lameness.

Couldn’t even try the food because they never made it. Waited over 20 mins to finally be told they couldn’t make the order as requested.
Lazy, careless response by staff when asked why they didn’t notify me. I had to ask to be refunded.

The eggplant sandwich was amazing!! Very large portions of the sandwich and the cheese sticks, and both were delicious. I am so glad we discovered this inside the Avanti food hall!!
The service was great, food was prepared quickly and staff was very friendly.

Amazing beef ragu on rigatoni. Inside the Avanti Food Hall. Very fast service during a busy dinner time.

Sandwhich kinda sucked. Bad flavor combination. And for a sandwhich with brie in the name, maybe add a little more than a teenie tiny little minnescule slice that barely covers a 3rd of the sandwhich. It was honestly pathetic.

This is funny. Arrived 3 hours before closing, staff admits they close in 3 hours but can’t make a chicken parm, because they have shut down the fryer. It’s Saturday night. Seriously?

Chicken parm sandwich was outstanding! The focaccia bread was possibly the best I’ve ever had. My wife got the turkey sandwich - she gave me a few bites - and it was even better! Now I have to go back again to get my own turkey sandwich! Oh darn haha!

Unfortunately this was truly a 1-star experience in my case. I only ordered one item, which was the Chicken Parmesan. I will say the tomato ragu sauce was tasty, but there was precious little to enjoy. Chicken was a little overcooked and so a bit tough. The melted parmesan cheese was fine but only existed on half of the chicken, and the whipped ricotta (which sounds incredible but I didn't get to taste) was entirely absent from my serving. This piece of chicken was 18 bucks and no sides? Eating this felt like I had just time-warped back to my highschool lunchroom, and that is NOT a compliment. Perhaps they just messed up my order but I don't know. My wife's plate from the Greek restaurant next door was awesome I'd say go there instead and you won't have to wonder if you're getting something good.
