Mason's Dumpling Shop - Boulder

Just visited for the first time for lunch. A friend had told me I would love their Beef Noodle Soup and boy - she was NOT wrong! So tasty! Tender beef and amazing broth! And I like the way they package it for to-go ... broth is separate from the noodles, beef & bok choy in a container that will actually fit everything once you assemble it. You'd be amazed at how this does make a difference! Service was great at the counter and very short wait considering I didn't order ahead. Will be back for this again!

My husband and I love the soup dumplings here! We've ended up going more often since their dumplings are the best we've found around Boulder area. We also like the edamame - Highly recommend!

Cheap frozen dumplings with bland soup. Little to no customer service

They have vegan options and they're fair in terms of quality and taste. The service is slow and surly, and the atmosphere is terrible. Tables were not cleaned and flies were everywhere on a chilly evening.

My boyfriend and I come in here all the time, we love the woodear mushroom appetizer and the soup dumplings!! We recently received excellent service from JT, and would recommend this location highly. The staff are very accommodating and the food is delicious.

This is the second time we’ve come here and they stopped taking orders before they were close. Tonight, at 8:25 pm we were turned away (closing at 8:30 pm). Why are they even closing on a Saturday night at 8:30 pm. Very disappointing.

Food is good, but not the best dumplings in town. Made an online order which said 23 minute wait. I’m waiting at the restaurant and it has already been 45 minutes since I ordered. Still waiting for pickup take out. I recommend you eat in person and don’t order online.

Waited over 30 minutes for a beef rice bowl, and never got my scallion pancakes so we just left after 40 minutes, threw away my money :(

Im usually a fan of Mason's. However, we ordered take out tonight. The beef bun was stuck to the paper, the soup dumplings all ruptured because they were also stuck to the paper, we ordered Brocoli salad and got bok choi salad. I tried calling 4x and I just got a vm. Nobody answered. Terrible experience. It would have all been solved if they would have answered their phone and offer me a refund for salad only. But instead my only option is leaving a factual review. Truly a shame.
