So I am a broke college student and I have ordered door dash mc Donald's two times now and I have asked for sauces. And when I get the order there are NO SAUCES!!! I'm so upset. The sauces are what makes the food good!

Delivery drivers should refuse to deliver from here. They seem to take perverse pleasure in making your hourly wage less through incompetence. Also, while waiting for a delivery I needed to pee and they sent a cop into the locked bathroom after me. I get it you have a homeless problem but sending a cop in after someone who identified themself as a delivery driver waiting for you to do your job is outrageous! I'll never give another penny to mcdonalds or deliver for ANY mcdonalds ever again!!!

Feel bad for the crew here.. this place is a complete hangout for the homeless, they stand in front of the restaurant and walk around inside approaching people’s tables and cussing and I watch people get up and leave.. sad.. there was 3 in the store and one was walking around talking to himself and another was going off and yelling walking around, it was like we were in a insane asylum and you can’t even eat cause of the smell. When I ask the boy who gave me my order about why they allow it he said there is nothing they can do and stated some law. Listen, you got a man cussing and approaching tables, I’m not understanding, don’t believe me? Go there..move them elsewhere, you guys looked really stressed out.. just saying. Why would they have more rights than your paying customers.

Every time I go, something ends up being incorrect in my order. Last time I went, they charged a “surcharge fee.” For McDonalds.Update: I’ve returned to pick up food for my partner, they got the order incorrect again. (Hamburger, was given a cheeseburger). McDonalds is raising prices and not increasing quality of food or service. They are also dumping funds into the Palestinian genocide. I don’t recommend patronizing this business any further.

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever visited. The food is just thrown together, the patties weren't even on the buns. I asked for a basic #6 and they got that wrong, not to mention that the manager didn't know what the specials were. I had to point to the sign that was right behind her, what a mess!
