Went yesterday to have breakfast and didn’t have too pleasant of an experience. I never got my receipt in the drive through which made the following more difficult.
After confirming I had the right order and paying, I drove up to the pick up window and they didn’t have the wrong order queued up, as me what I ordered, and then had me drive up to the next window where I waited for 5 minutes. Then I had the manager ask what I ordered, and I didn’t even get all my items, they forgot the hash browns for my combo meals, so I had to go in and get them, and they didn’t even give me my egg McMuffin I just got a regular McMuffin.
I will never come to this McDonald’s again.

Don’t waste your time… It’s quicker and less frustrating to drive a couple miles away to the McDonald’s near 28th and Canyon. Orders take forever, and the staff are consistently rude. They will literally stand there gossiping (such that customers can hear) rather than even acknowledge customers when they are standing there waiting.

The people working here are honestly awesome on Friday night (Feb 7th) after I worked and wanted to grab stuff on the way home from work and went through the drive thru, their screen ended up freezing up and I sat there for a minute or so not knowing what to do lol but I thought it was on me and felt so dumb and just pulled up- and was met w only kindness, apologies, they gave my food for free🥲🥹I can’t b eating mcdonalds every day but when I do have it I’m coming here bc I’ve never had a bad experience. Blessings for the individuals working here- they work so hard and are constantly serving people and I’ve never felt anything but positivity from them/ and in this world that’s everything.

I politely requested 69 napkins alongside my frozen fanta, and only received 5. This was quite an inconvenience as I am an incredibly clumsy person, and spilled my drink 17 times during my visit. Plus I think the order kiosk called me fat.

I absolutely hate what the corporate overlords have done to the McDonalds I'd grown up with and loved. This used to be the friendly, incredibly efficient, and personable place to get a consistent meal at a very affordable price. Now, I walk in and rarely even see human beings. Order by kiosk and then someone comes out of the invisible machine with your order. I feel like I'm dealing with a computer, not real people. I'm done with this inhuman corruption of the McDonalds ethos.
