Been Moe's customer for many many years. I'm very happy you guys are paying your employees a living wage and do not take tips. But with that, your $$ per item went up and quality of service went down unfortunately. Really just gone downhill in the last year or so. I get the same Manhattan on sesame every time, and on the last 5 visits I have gotten everything else but not my order. Often its a new Yorker, or a wrong bagel, or missing egg, missing tomato, missing salmon once. Just never comes out right event when the place is slow. My boyfriend has been a customer 20+ years, grew up with Moe's. And same deal - he gets a simple egg and cheddar on plain bagel, toasted. You would think there's no way to mess it up. But wait - just today - he got sesame and not a toasted bagel. You guys im just disappointed. I know its hard to find staff that care but you guys being a staple of boulder shpuld at least try. Just super sad seeing this place failing. I hope it gets better for ya

Good old Moe's was a favorite haunt when I went to school at CU in the '90s and it's still pretty much the same. As busy as ever and bagel breakfast sandwich was exactly as it used to be. The garlic bagels are amazing!

I was asked what I wanted and I told them just a latte. I was told to go to the register and wait. They continued making everybody sandwiches that came after me. I was not asked or addressed by any staff and was pretty much ignored. Worst service ever. Not to mention it looks like their egg is pre-cooked sitting in a steam container for God knows how long and with pre-cooked bacon.

I ordered a bagel, the lady afterwords was cleaning with a towel and picking up the phone and never change her gloves as she proceeded to finish my bagel

Great bagels and sandwiches but the staff gave such a horrible attitude every time I come in.
Wish I would have taken a picture of my bacon egg and cheese on an onion bagel with garlic cream cheese... The sentence is enough to drool and these folks delivered. They deserve more than the 4.3 stars they currently have.

Moe’s is awesome!!! Back visiting my hometown Boulder and stopped by Moe’s for the first time in a year. Bagels, employees, everything was great. The customer service was especially fantastic. Everyone was friendly, fast, and very professional. When they had to cook more eggs for a sandwich, they were very apologetic and I only had to wait a few extra minutes. Moe’s has the best bagels and sandwiches outside of New York, and maybe anywhere! They had great options both the vegetarians and meat eaters in our family. They’ve also added chorizo to the options and burritos to the menu which is awesome. ❤️
