i just to eat here very frequently when i lived in boulder. but today i ordered a bagel sandwich and the bagel wasn’t toasted?? i’m not sure who wants a raw bagel with their sandwich but wasted my money. also their sign said that the spicy buff was the special for thursday and she still charged me full price for it. employees not very friendly either.

Was $20 for a canned Yerba Mate energy drink and a begal. I needed a fork to eat the begal because the cream cheese and ingredients went everywhere every time I picked up the begal.

This was my favorite place for 2 years until I moved further from the location. Decided to stop over the weekend when I was in the area and was super excited. Got a breakfast sandwich to go (spicy buff), when I went to eat it, the bagel wasn't toasted at all, assembly was a mess. It was soo disappointing to have a cold bagel, never ever had to ask for it toasted when getting a speciality sandwich in the past and it's really annoying when you are paying $16 for one sandwich!!

Worst place to get food in town ordered on the app waited 40 minutes showed up my ordered had not been started. As someone who gets limited time for breaks I found this incredibly frustrating. They had no reasons they didn’t make it when I walked in very slow with 3 people on line two doing nothing. Go literally anywhere else I know I will never be back.

I've been a customer of Moes for almost 30 years. The food quality, service, and cleanliness of Moes restaurants has dropped such an unbelievable amount over time, and yet the pricing continues to increase - today was my last day as a customer.

I put a preorder in and when I got there the lobby was empty. My order was still not ready for 20 minutes. I dont know if the staff is too tired, but to me it seemed like they were all to high to make to their jobs in a timely fashion. They proceeded to help everyone that came in but didnt work on the preorder they had for 20 minutes. The food came out so greasy they couldnt give me my receipt and I was late for work

I grew up on Moe’s bagels and to say the least this place is going downhill. My girlfriend and I went in a few days ago to grab something quick for lunch and had the exact opposite. It took me about 20 minutes to get my simple bagel and my girlfriend 15 to get her burrito. By the time we finally got our food the eggs tasted horribly overcooked. The employees looked like they hated their lives and job which I completely understand after having worked in the food industry myself but not acknowledging the fact that a family of 7 got their food before us was beyond me. Moe’s I truly hope you get better at remembering what people order and not just letting people stand around waiting for a simple order for over 20 minutes while talking amongst each other.

Been Moe's customer for many many years. I'm very happy you guys are paying your employees a living wage and do not take tips. But with that, your $$ per item went up and quality of service went down unfortunately. Really just gone downhill in the last year or so. I get the same Manhattan on sesame every time, and on the last 5 visits I have gotten everything else but not my order. Often its a new Yorker, or a wrong bagel, or missing egg, missing tomato, missing salmon once. Just never comes out right event when the place is slow. My boyfriend has been a customer 20+ years, grew up with Moe's. And same deal - he gets a simple egg and cheddar on plain bagel, toasted. You would think there's no way to mess it up. But wait - just today - he got sesame and not a toasted bagel. You guys im just disappointed. I know its hard to find staff that care but you guys being a staple of boulder shpuld at least try. Just super sad seeing this place failing. I hope it gets better for ya
