Best bagel in Boulder, coming from a New Yorker!
The food is fine but service here is awful. You will be ignored at the counter, you may have to complete your own order and you will have to wait while it’s right there chilling, to get attention to have it handed over. Once I actually called by phone while inside waiting because nobody would make eye contact. I think they are rigid on who does what and the cashier person finds it impossible to hand you an order that is ready and within arms reach.
But all of that is not as bad as just getting the orders wrong … multiple times. No apologies … nothing. Like: missing the turkey on a turkey bagel.
Just go to Moes on 28th. It’ll end up faster and right. Go North Broadway if you want slow and careless. I won’t be back.

One bagel with flavored cream cheese is $6.
When I was ordering I noticed a Latina worker flipping her long ponytail around the food and didn’t have a bun on.Its really unsanitary and her hair could’ve fallen in anyone’s food
Always consistently delicious bagels. Friendly staff. We enjoy grabbing a few bagels on the weekends or a single one after a hike. Happy to support this local business.

Great little bagel spot. The staff are super nice and they make the bagels fresh every day. Its a bit expensive for what you're getting, but quick and easy breakfast food if you're on the go. There are also a bunch of little shops next to it if you're feeling like meandering.
Manny is the most amazing person he was insanely friendly and let me spin the wheel for my birthday and was so kind not to mention his service is remarkable. Moes wouldn’t be the same without him thank you Manny. I will for sure be coming back.
I’ve eaten here a lot, for many years. Used to be a Greta place to get lunch in high school. It’s just not worth it nowadays. The product hasn’t gotten any better but the price has increased 50-100%. Why does a milk cost $5? What margins are you people dragging in?

Recently moved here from NYC and this bagel is not offensive by any means. The Manhattan definitely fixed my lox craving. The lox was a little fishy but that’s more my coworkers’ problem than mine. The service was great, I was in today at around 10AM and everyone at the counter was super friendly!!!
It’s just perfect, the way a bagel should be.
There's three different Moe's in Boulder. I'd suggest going to either of the other ones before this location.
The prices have gone up recently, but the service doesn't reflect this. They consistently forget or incorrectly put together orders, while the other Moe's don't have a problem with this.
Their food is usually great, more of a service issue.
7$ for a plain bagel with some cream cheese and 5$ for a small chocolate milk. You guys have completely lost it, they don't even do breakfast specials anymore. I used to frequent here for the great service and affordable prices but I won't be coming here anymore. I'll just walk right over to wholefoods
Honestly, it's pretty hard for me to leave this review because I grew up going to Mose bagels but the service and food has taken a massive dive. If you get a bagel that has any meat or egg on it, it'll be insanely greasy to the point where grease drips off of it. This wasn't the case when I was younger, you get a greasy bagel here and there, but now it's like every single bagel that has egg or meat is very greasy. This is just a Moe's bagels problem as I go to a bunch of different bagel shops and none of their breakfast, bagels or sandwiches are as greasy as Mo's. The service is also in decline, there are a few people who genuinely do care who work there. But if I'm paying 21 bucks for two bagels and the person who takes my order gets it wrong and doesn't apologize or say anything when I bring it back. Just brings me a new bagel after 5 minutes. It feels like there's a massive disconnect somewhere. The service I get at other bagel shops just feels so much better for like half the price.
Tldr: Moes bagels has declined to the point where service and food meh at best. The prices are outrageous and It's sad to see because Moe's is a staple in the boulder community. I hope It can bounce back but I won't be going there anymore.
