If I wanted a plain bagel I’d order a plain bagel. Bring back the old poppy seeds this is ridiculous. I go to Moe’s 3 days a week before work and have been for years and this new change to your poppy seeds order is horrible!! I’d like a refund on all of my bagels for the last two months. At $5.05 each this is ridiculous… where are the seeds? You barely touch the bagel and they fall off. By the time I unwrapped mine they are at the bottom of the bag. So disappointed. 1 star for the sad bagel, 5 stars for your employees, 3 stars for the quickly fading atmosphere.

This location has no business being open to the public, been here several times and the customer service is absolutely nowhere to be found, and that goes for all staff, I’ve talked to several people who just seem like their life is miserable and all they’re doing is serving bagels all day Which blows my mind. As far as the food, unfortunately, it’s not any better, thought I was just ordering the wrong thing, but have ordered several different things none of which I would ever order again, the turkey bacon is not bacon at all, it’s soft, soggy, and not what you’d expect when ordering turkey bacon on a bagel plus their bagels Are average at best. After today’s once again negative experience from the attitude of the staff to the average bagels, which by the way cost $20 for two bagel sandwiches, just not worth it. I won’t be coming back.

Wow. I barely complain about a business, but this was a terrible experience. They had a special for deluxe grill cheese with chip & soda. The staff didn't have the full understanding of the special. Told me the soda was extra. Fine. Then it was supposed to have basil cream cheese. They stated they were out and ask if I would like tomato. They put a tomato spread NOT tomato cream cheese. I was in a hurry with my Wife so I drove off having this bagel sandwich a bit later. It was sooo thin & gross. Very disappointing. So I can never give this place a chance again. Two $11+ unedible bagels. Ugh....

Read a review that said “moes bagel is the only place whose prices have never changed in 10 years” but like… two bagels is $20? Also the smell of roaches in this location is overwhelming. Plus it took like 25 mins for my order to be ready. Sad bc I really wanted to try some things on the menu.
Bagels are good but one staff member (tall man with tattoos) is beyond rude. I asked what a “toddy” cold brew was and he rolled his eyes and tells me “cold brew”. I clarify asking if it’s plain cold brew or flavored and he again rolls his eyes at me and says “plain cold brew is called Toddy” in a tone as if I was an idiot. I paid 7 dollars for a bagel, didn’t even get the “toddy” and left feeling belittled and embarrassed.

3 stars. Will not eat here again. The staff is super friendly and the quality of the food is great. My problem is in paying 17$ for a bagel and juice. I understand the economy we live in but there is not 1 single argument that you can make to pay that kinda of money for a breakfast sandwich. Moe's swung and missed and has lost 1 customer.

I a mechanic on the scooters you keep sticking them to and I'm tired of have to pull them off if you want advertising on them set up a meeting and pay for it like your customers have to pay for your bagels and if you say your employees are not doing it then stop giving out those stickers and use that money to pay to advertise on the scooters
