As any New Yorker knows, finding a decent real bagel is pretty hard anywhere else. In Boulder, Moe's Bagels is definitely where to go. All real bagels, best in town.

650 for A bagel that was supposed to be toasted and had maybe a quarter inch of smear on it? Left me totally unsatisfied.

Not like he used to be
nothing else is but for 650 I could get a complete meal at McDonald’s

My family and I were about to have brunch at another restaurant in the same area on 5 Aug 2025, until I spotted Moe's Broadway Bagel within close proximity. We agreed to try it instead of our original plan since we've never been to Moe's before and I'm glad we did. The moment we walked in, we were immediately greeted by the employees, which always starts the experience well. Since it was our first time there, naturally, it took us a minute to figure out what we wanted to order...not to mention, we were starving so everything sounded good. The employees were patient with us, answering questions we had.

We ended up ordering the The Shorty-P Deluxe on a Plain Bagel, Flame'N Moe, Cracked Wheat Bagel with Peanut Butter, side of Potatoes, Blueberry Bagel with Strawberry Cream Cheese, and an Egg-Cheese-Meat on a Plain Bagel. Everything, and I mean everything tasted magnificent! I know I mentioned that I was starving and oftentimes that has an effect on someone's opinion about certain food consumption...but I can wholeheartedly say that even after I was full, I still felt like eating more of their sandwiches. For me, adding a certain level of spice or alfalfa sprouts to my sandwich wins me over the majority of the time. In this case, the jalapenos were a wonderful touch to my sandwich and provided a nice balance to all the wonderful flavors already contained within the sandwich by the other ingredients.

The one thing I was amazed with is how this place offers a free bag of bagels after a certain time in the day. Let's just say that if I lived in Colorado, I would definitely take advantage of this offer at least once a month. Then again, I'm glad I don't live there because I probably would end up looking like a bagel from eating all the wonderful bagel sandwiches at Moe's.

As alluded to earlier, the employees were friendly and helpful; the prices were very reasonable (doesn't break the bank), and the restaurant's interior was spacious...although, the tables could've received more attention (I had to clean the table/counter before sitting down). Overall, I loved my first experience here, as depicted in my 5-star rating. I can definitely see myself returning for another visit whenever I'm in the area again. I'm pretty certain my daughter will return for multiple visits while attending CU Boulder, after this magnificent experience. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone!

Good bagels and cream cheese, with a fair price $4.70. They aren’t stingy with the cream cheese too! My second favorite bagels in Boulder behind Fleishman’s.

Worst Moes in town. Go to another one. Very Rude and they always mess up a simple bagel?! I’ve also heard they don’t give enough time to train employees. ❌❌❌

worst bagel place. This tall guy didn’t cut my bagel and it was hard as a rock. the training is also really bad. don’t apply here when they expect you to know everything in two days.

If I wanted a plain bagel I’d order a plain bagel. Bring back the old poppy seeds this is ridiculous. I go to Moe’s 3 days a week before work and have been for years and this new change to your poppy seeds order is horrible!! I’d like a refund on all of my bagels for the last two months. At $5.05 each this is ridiculous… where are the seeds? You barely touch the bagel and they fall off. By the time I unwrapped mine they are at the bottom of the bag. So disappointed. 1 star for the sad bagel, 5 stars for your employees, 3 stars for the quickly fading atmosphere.

Had the Golden Garden sandwich, would not recommend. Neither fresh nor tasty. Workers were nice and other food looked better, but my sandwich was not good
