Did not start making my order until a minute after pickup, then didn’t have drip coffee made. This made me late for work at this point. I had to leave. I need a refund.

Great food but the customer service was terrible. If I'm paying $30 for 2 meals, I would prefer it didn't come with a side of attitude.

Been going to Moe's for 20+ years, usually different locations. It's reliably tasty. Today at the SoBo location I was particularly impressed. Right as I walked in they got slammed with a long line, and extra workers were quick to appear and start new orders to keep things moving. The woman who took my 4-sandwich order all at once (all different bagels and toppings) busted them out quickly and to perfection. Plenty of cream cheese and toppings; even the bagels had an abundance of baked-in toppings all over. This is my new favorite Moe's :) When I went to tip I saw the sign that says they pay workers a higher wage in lieu of accepting tips. I appreciate that they take care of their employees and hope it benefits them as intended.

I also noticed on the menu that you can get their "sandwich" options over latkes (instead of a bagel) which I'm eager to try in the future.

Just got a cranberry walnut bagel from here. So little cream cheese I can see the bread through it! Also, there is hardly any walnut or cranberries in it! Come on now, you are cutting down to extremes and I will be cutting OUT Moes in the future. What a ripoff!

I’ve been going here for a while! The staff is always kind, and it’s always really delicious and consistent no matter what location I’ve gone to. Their bagels are yummy and fresh, but their cream cheese is so good! They have really good selections for drinks and bunch of different options on their menu. I recently tried their Moe’s breakfast burrito and it was so yummy. I also loved everything is similarly sliced. It makes each bite taste the same.

I’m sorry but the prices are outrageous here. $15 for a bagel sandwich is a crime! You’re better off just making your own at home.

I love going to miss for a special breakfast for myself. I particularly like this one sandwich that has onions on it. I always ask for them off and every time I order this sandwich, without fail, will always have onions on it. It it so annoying. Other than that it’s pretty good

The prices are insane at this place. $16 for a bagel sandwich. I like moe's, been going there for a long time. But honestly, 16 bucks for bagel sandwiches ridiculous. And not aligned with the prices at surrounding restaurants. So I think people should stop going there and paying these ridiculous prices until they stop the price gouging. Snarf's has a much larger and delicious sandwich for $11 and they're right next door

I want to love this place cause the bagels are good. Coming from NY it was great to find a similar bagel in Boulder.
However, I stand in line and watch the chaos behind the counter. The employees are always confused and on top of each other. Service is so slow despite 4-5 people working. It looks dirty, employees don’t have their hair covered or put back, the gloves aren’t being changed and they are mid eating whilst preparing food. I walked out today because I just don’t trust that I won’t get sick or hair in my food. It’s ungodly slow and overpriced.

Way too expensive

First time customer. (Probably) Last time customer. True kettle boiled bagels with a variety of cream cheese options and bagel sandwich offerings.

Food tasted great, my only issues were the curt service and HIGH prices. $2.35 for just a bagel by itself. $6 for a bagel w/ cream cheese. HOLY. $11 for the bare bones egg sandwich bagel. Initially thought prices on the board were in some inflated foreign currency, but was mistaken and realized just how insane they were. They charge nearly $4 to add a smidgen of schmear!

In this economy...

Two locations of Moe’s have been a part of my regular morning commute and routines for years, but sadly no more. They have raised their prices… again. Second time I think in 12-18 months. And not by a little. $12 for a simple bagel sandwich is just ludicrous. With a coffee and tax, is roughly $18. This has reached my breaking point. Unfortunately I will no longer be giving Moe’s my business.

The food was okay, I guess. Seemed like they were out of everything and what they did have was kinda sloppy. Service was not very good either. They didn't have the Latke Sandwich they advertise on their website either. In fact, they said they never heard of a latke.

I've been coming here at least once a week after I got hooked on their fresh baked bagels. Love the variety of flavors, especially the unique ones like the Pumpernickel and the Tomato-Cheddar!

Super sweet staff and lovely environment that feels like a cozy neighborhood spot to meetup at.
