This place is absolutely outstanding. The cooks are amazing. I tried them for the first time at the Taco fest and haven’t looked back! My new favorite taco place! Thank you Mojo cooks and team!
I was excited to try Mojo for the first time and ordered delivery, so this review may not represent the experience of eating in person. The food was overall okay, but I expected better based on other reviews. The Torta Mexican sandwich was especially bad, looking as though it was just thrown together randomly with inconsistent proportions, very little meat, and a messy presentation. I’d be up for trying Mojo again as they have potential, but there’s lots of competition in Boulder for this type of food so it’s hard to justify if the food is subpar.

Air conditioning is broken in the building in the evening of one of the hottest summers in Boulder. Food is mediocre, drinks are mediocre and not sweet, rice and beans were also below average. Only good part was the staff was friendly.

Sad I haven’t been here before!! Fantastic menu and happy hour selection. Really enjoyed the avocado tomatillo salsa and the ceviche tostada. The quesadilla was incredible so was the arracharo taco. Pascal was a fantastic server. Can’t wait for our next time here to try more items on the menu.

Amazing service. Super speedy and great food for the price, would have been way more elsewhere. Nice mountain view from the patio.
