Stopped in Boulder for some lunch, drinks and people watching. Decided to hit this MSPB, and made a good choice. We ordered Bison Burger, Classic Burger, SOB Burger and all had home fries and chips n salsa.
All burgers were spot on as ordered and loved my Bison Burger... when in Colorado right!! Fries were soooo good, can't beat fresh cut home fries. Chips all made fresh - salsa was very mild.. ordered a side of the roasted hatch chilies to add, but still didn't have much kick. They did have a hot sauce as well, but we like it hot hot - so if you like mild this is for you.
Food, Service, Atmosphere - ALL VERY GOOD!!! We would come back here for sure on our next visit.

All visitors must come! We had a few hours to kill before a conference, so stopped in and the staff took such great care of us: recommending beers, spots to visit, even other breweries! It was like visiting a friend's house for an hour! Beer was great too

So we got tickets to Red Rocks Show on stub hub. Beware if you dont use axs app. This could happen to you as well. We couldnt get in but got a refund. My sister & friend drove from SF to not go. We left & went to Boulder. Eric are Server turned our night around! Thank You so much for the Love & Great food & Drinks. We will come back for sure! The Blackberry Beer was on point! Thank you

Good classic American food. The restaurant has a laid back feeling, so its a good place for lunch or a casual dinner. The staff are very attentive and friendly, and they also have a good beer selection. Sometimes they have live music which is fun.

Just the service alone here was absolutely amazing. Seriously the best I’ve probably ever had! Free samples of beer and the server even gave us fries on the house. The environment was so welcoming and we absolutely loved it. My fiancé said the bison burger was 10/10.

Best beer and food I've had in a long time! Real flavor & the fries are perfect. 6 stars! And everyone was helpful and happy. Cristian was a thoughtful and accommodating waiter. Loved the sandwich he recommended! Good taste!
