They’ve got great Smoked German Bratwurst and thick fries that are hot and crispy!
Really nice folks that will make you feel welcome. There’s also a huge X Chicago board that you can designate where you are from.
Sometimes it feels like the wait is rather long however there’s only a couple people working there so they can get pretty busy at times.
They’ve actually been known for their amazing french fries and they are totally 💯 worth the trip alone.

Not only was the food really good for me and my kids, and the service was excellent and fast, the best part of eating here was that everybody working behind the counter seemed to really enjoy being around each other and were talking about interesting things. It made the whole place feel like it had a nice vibe. Looking forward to bringing the kids back here next time

Nothing says summer like a HOT DOG😜 Yet my Chili Cheese dog was cold, nothing seemed very warm and I only had a chili Cheese Dog, small fry and two bottles of water came to $18. You should take better time I making sure that what you are using is HOT and get better buns. With your prices I don't understand why your still here? I enjoyed the dog.

I am well familiar with the original in Evanston, IL. Nothing better than a Chicago dog. Good product overall. $7+ for a hot dog is insulting. Boulder is over the top these days. Likely won't be back to that place.
