Our family really enjoyed this place! The katsudon, curry rice, and ramen were great and so happy to finally have a place prepare takoyaki correctly! The owners were super nice as well which made for a great atmosphere. Happy to have a more traditional Japanese style restaurant to frequent in Boulder.
Visitors with my wife recently and we had such a nice dinner! Everything was fresh, service was quick and very friendly, we’re definitely coming back the next time we need sushi in Boulder!
We got to talk to the owners for a while and loved hearing their passion and confidence in their cooking. I felt so comfortable and extremely well taken care of. EVERYTHING was absolutely delicious. They have their own soy sauce that pairs seamlessly with their sushi, and their sushi rice is perfect. The ramen broth is honestly the only type of broth that is truly so creamy. They said they brew it for more than 8 hours, and you can truly tell. It sucks when you go to a ramen shop...
