Haven't eaten at Noodles in 5 years, basically since our daughter turned 13. Dropped in to see if it was a possible local go to for quick, healthy food. Staff (Timothy) is great - friendly and welcoming. Food is incredibly salty, chicken parm basically inedible. How can your HQ be 15 minutes away and your food not be awesome, like flagship store level??? Bummer.

We had an issue with the delivery driver of door dash delivering our order. DoorDash support wasn't much help. We went in to the store and Mitchie helped us with a wonderful attitude. Mitchie was very accommodating and made this all easy. All the staff was very quick and awesome! At the baseline location in Boulder !

Noodles and Company is great. The food is always hot and amazing and they get it out to you super quick. But the atmosphere and staff really bring it down. They are always grumpy and mad when you are just being polite. To be honest, just order it in advance so you can pick it up and leave. The staff are really that bad. I hope they can fix it in the future, because if they do, it will be a really great place.

Prices are listed very different than what I was charged, cashier not terribly interested in correcting it. Food came out great though.In response:When I pointed out the price discrepancy, your employee said 'I guess they changed the prices, do you want it or not?'I was starving and in a hurry, and so accepted being overcharged by several dollars. You have my email, asking me to hunt you down via more impersonal web pages feels like insult to injury.
I normally eat 1 to 3 times a week in boulder location , but last time I ordered to go but that day after I picked I have to come back to use the bathroom but 1 min later a old , ugly and short girl employee knock the door telling me that I have to leave... This makes me very upset because I m a regular client and the place is always empty.. btw.. this girl is always grumpy , not the right job for her ..

They are incredibly hospitable and pleasant to talk to. They made it a really simple and uncomplicated process. The Caesar salad is my favorite; the dressing is excellent. I really enjoy their spaghetti and meatballs. Staff that is welcoming and helpful.

It appears they ILLEGALLY charge a sugar tax on non-sugar drinks. If you recently purchased a non-sugar drink, you may want to check your receipt to see if they illegally charged you a sugar tax even though you didn’t purchase sugar drink. This particular Noodles will also appears to skimp on meat. And if you order a soda via UberEats/DoorDash, they ALWAYS forget the soda.
