Went here after all the positive reviews. Ordered the nachos that use velveeta type cheese and was served in a bowl?! Expecting decent quality, Disappointing.

Stopped in for a drink while I charged my car! Best priced and best tasting Mimosa in town! Food looks amazing! Staff is very attentive and kind. Bar set up is perfect with a perfectly placed tv! Easy parking!

We had Nopalito’s cater our baby shower this weekend and everything was perfect! The ease of setting up the order and picking the food up the morning of was great! All of our guests were excited about the food and raved about how delicious everything was. We got the Punch Out Nacho Bar and an order of the Veggie Flautas for about 30 people and there was more than enough that we’re enjoying nachos for a few dinners this week!

Made a Order of 2 plates of flautas when I went to pick came back to car the only thing was 2 skinny flautas with no lettuce no sauce no guacamole no spoons or forks I paid 30$ for this 2.skiny flautas it's scamm

OMG I finally found a Mexican restaurant in Colorado I didn't get angry at when I got my food. We just moved from SoCal, and after a few REALLY bad experiences, I swore off CO Mexican. However, when I saw this place was named Nopalito’s and had 4.8 stars, I decided to take a chance.
Their Baja Fish Tacos feel like home. I'm so excited to have found a legit Baja style Mexican restaurant here. They have yummy fruit soda/sparkling waters here too. And a marg bar, but I didn't try one of those this time.

Great experience every time, the breakfast burritos are off the chain and a great value for the price. On their drink menu they have a variety of margaritas offering a flavor for everyone. Definitely give them a try for breakfast, lunch, dinner or drinks!
