OMG I finally found a Mexican restaurant in Colorado I didn't get angry at when I got my food. We just moved from SoCal, and after a few REALLY bad experiences, I swore off CO Mexican. However, when I saw this place was named Nopalito’s and had 4.8 stars, I decided to take a chance.
Their Baja Fish Tacos feel like home. I'm so excited to have found a legit Baja style Mexican restaurant here. They have yummy fruit soda/sparkling waters here too. And a marg bar, but I didn't try one of those this time.

Great experience every time, the breakfast burritos are off the chain and a great value for the price. On their drink menu they have a variety of margaritas offering a flavor for everyone. Definitely give them a try for breakfast, lunch, dinner or drinks!
Love Nopalito's! Always tasty. Counter service food that tastes fresh every time I visit. Very friendly service too... Not 100% sure if the owner is the same now, but I remember chatting with him a few years ago about his history and passion to share his delicious food. It was a lovely conversation :)

This gem has become the new spot for myself and several of my coworkers. The menu is simple yet well executed. The staff is welcoming. The atmosphere is on point for a local burrito/taco/etc joint.

Stopped here on on whim while charging the EV and had a great meal. It's a great little place, friendly staff, very comfortable atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating. Prices were good, the food was awesome. I picked something I hadn't had in a long time, and took their recommendations and I was very happy with it. Would stop back anytime, and highly recommend if you're in the area.
We came in at 10 AM on a Sunday to get a breakfast burrito, and had the place to ourselves! This is a wonderful family owned place, and the burritos are in the make your own style, where you tell them what you want and they make it for you behind the counter. The breakfast burritos were delicious and absolutely enormous in portion size. The service was very friendly, and we are so happy to have a great Mexican food gem in Boulder!
