Absolute BS. Small portions. Heavy marketing, completely average and mediocre. Fish is dry, portions small, you’re lured into chasing a food truck chain that is expanding via franchise model and it’s all hype and the food is no where close to the chatter. Trying to fly in fish to Colorado and have it be fantastic is a high bar to start but come on don’t give me to sticks and a dry cole slaw. Worst food decision I’ve made in Colorado. Keep your money and gas and go somewhere else. I’d take an Irish pub over this 100 out of 100 times. This is a straight up con.

I was so excited to get to finally try their fish. What is all the hype. It was like eating cardboard. Very bland, greasy tasting dry fish. Definitely nothing to write home about. Culvers has better tasting fish. Jesse's Food Truck has much better fish. Cost and taste. Everything at on the hook is ala carte. No wonder there was only one person in front of me. I will not be returning.

I literally do not like Fish at all!!! My wife insisted we stop at the truck parked near Jax on 05/01/2025. As somebody that doesn’t eat fish in any capacity, I kindly asked her to try a piece of her cod, as I was chomping at the bit to remind her she was eating a glorified fish stick… I then proceeded to order a Baja chicken sandwich and a blackened chicken salad from Modern Market Eatery in Broomfield. Needless to say I was refunded as both items of my meal had random human hairs in them, I then was hoping to snag some cod and by the time I got back to Jax, they were long gone. I wish there were better/safer oils used to fry said cod…. As it’s the age of information and we understand the impacts of other oils… however… This was some DAMN GOOD FISH!!! If there’s a review you consider, this is the one. I’ve not eaten fish since I was 5 years old and force fed it as a child because my mom was broke and fish sticks were cheap. The fish is so flavorful, and what sold me is the big second bite I took avoiding the sauce and opting for straight breaded fried cod, Bomb dot com. I will absolutely eat this grub again, and you should too!!! Atleast once. You won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic!! I travel the USA for my Business, I have eaten seafood from coast to coast. I was born on the west coast. This is excellent fish & chips. It’s crispy with every single bite, the fries are crunchy but soft in the center. The sriracha sauce is really good. I would recommend every one try this food truck if you see it.
