I got to have my first real drinking experience here last night! My boyfriend has been coming here for a while with his co-workers from Discount tire across the street, so I didn’t have to worry about it being a brand new place. The bar is huge with a range of seating options, has a great number of pool tables and other games as well! Lots of T.V’s so it’s impossible to miss the game and super friendly staff. The atmosphere was extremely welcoming and I didn’t feel out of place at all. It wasn’t super loud (although maybe we were 😅) I didn’t feel like I had to yell to be heard at any point, and the live music is great!

Some of the staff is often rude and sometimes they ignore you even when, especially if, they know you. Courtney admitted to providing poor service because she’s not in the mood. Had to leave my credit card behind recently cause Courtney doesn’t want to serve me.

The atmosphere is a normal dive bar. The food is above average for a dive bar but hard to overcome when the service is bad.

Take a deep breath and smell the vomit. So gross! They're trying to be "folksy" and "old school" but mostly it's just nasty.

Don't come here if you don't like dives. This place is the only real dive in boulder, the pub on pearl is too full of college kids and dickheads to count. But outback has a ton of fun potential and great crowds of people if you can look past it's gruff edges

Bartender lost my card and argued he didn’t have it. He found it after getting very angry and upset with me. Unprofessional and unpleasant way to end the night.

Dietary restrictions: Only come here if you can stomach being treated like a child.

The new owner is working his butt off to get this place back to a great bar. I think he may need help from Jon Taffer & Bar Rescue.

I don't eat here cause celiac and I don't drink so I can't review that! I come here for karaoke on Wednesdays, and the vibe is so much better than it was like 5-6 years ago. It used to be not as diverse and friendly to people like me (a young disabled queer person) and now that's most of the crowd. I got called gay slurs here by old white cis dude patrons when I used to come and that would never happen with the vibe now. I love coming here, I love that it's safe and everyone is cool. Thanks to Cody for being a great karaoke DJ too, he's the best!
