I ordered a bacon egg and cheese burrito to go, I got an everything burrito. Onions, beans, potatoes, green chili... It tastes like liquid smoke, and bacon flavoring. Not good

The coffee is good but they consistently take 20-25 minutes to fulfill online orders. Their online ordering system promises 10 minutes, but then when I show up at the promised time, I stand around waiting for 15 minutes while multiple in-person customers get their orders taken and served first.
If you give an estimated pickup time, you should be within a couple minutes of that time… not 10-15 minutes late. Do better Ozo!

Love this place. They make a great late and are always quick and efficient!

My favorite coffee shop in Boulder! I always get mochas and they have a million different delicious varieties of mocha to try. It’s a nice environment, too, but can be a little crowded.

had been buying coffee there for 10 years til today the manager came out , mad about my bumper sticker . he began to insult me and literally accused me of putting the simple syrup in my nose . he said everyone saw me do it . he panicked , and retracted everything he said , when he realized I was filming the whole thing . kicked me out , called the police , lied to them and made a false police report. the police were nice . I have head injuries and experience discrimination . I'll update this review with the YouTube link later so people can see exactly what happened . it's pathetic , when a camera makes people panic . good people aren't afraid of cameras , they don't bank on lying .

I got a caramel vanilla latte and a coconut ginger chai for my colleague.

Despite coming across as friendly, the staff was somewhat awkward and unhelpful. And the chai lattes we got were watery and didn’t taste like all that much, other than the very strong ginger flavor in the drink of the month.

'Twas a toasty latte. Very unusual but excellent. I'd come back for another.

I researched a good coffee shop to study, as I am in Boulder on a Sunday. I would not recommend this place, super loud music only 2-3 outlets. They have no prices on their food, you have to ask how much each item is and they look it up on the computer. Also, they have 1 mug size for a cup of coffee to stay… is it really 8 ounces?
Such a bummer. This place used to be our favorite for coffee. We've been gone for a few years and thought we'd come back and visit. We paid extra to have a cappuccino as we like our coffee strong. It seems they're cutting back on the amount of coffee they put in because a cappuccino should not be this watery. Will not be back.
Coffee is always stellar, but the two times I’ve been here recently, they’ve completely forgotten to give me the sandwich I ordered. Which is weird because they made the little sandwich heat up card. After about 10-15 minutes I say something and they start prepping it but not super helpful. Again, coffee is stellar.
Love their coffee. The staff are typically very kind.
However, the grasshopper I ordered today, was syrupy and did not taste anything like a mocha with mint. More tangy. Quite gross actually.
The burritos (from Spruce) I believe, was a huge disappointment! I paid $8 for a bacon egg and cheese and all I got was a burrito filled with beans and potatoes. Only 1 small pieces of egg, and very little bacon.
Maybe Ozo should check with spruce in how they are making their burritos. I know eggs are expensive, but don’t falsely advertise your product.
Not sure if it’s new management or workers but very disappointing for one of my favorite locations.
I ordered an Iced matcha with Honey lavender syrup, and the matcha was so diluted I thought they gave me straight milk, there was no flavor to the matcha not even syrup or bitterness, just milk. Honestly just writing this review so if you’re from California and looking for a good matcha this is NOT the place.
