The coffee is good, but the staff are unprofessional and rude. Their other locations offer better service (specifically East Boulder)—the OG location, for whatever reason, attracts a pompous crowd and immature baristas. Do better.

I visit this cafe shop as I am curious. Some websites recommended me to go here. I think it is a good place to hang out or just do works.

My LEAST favorite coffee shop in town!!! The employees seem miserable and are often actually hostile to customers; the parking is IMPOSSIBLE; the building itself is always drastically overcrowded and not well laid out for people who need accessibility devices or service animals; the coffee + espresso drinks are SO BITTER as to be basically undrinkable, and everything is wildly overpriced. 0/10!!!Wheelchair accessibility: There is none.

This Ozo location is a very busy spot on Arapahoe Road in Boulder. There is a shopping center parking lot but it can be precarious! The coffee is always tasty and the staff friendly. Neat art too!

I absolutely love this place, especially this location. They have so many options for drinks, even for those who aren’t into caffeine, and the staff is always very kind and helpful! This is the perfect place to catch up on some work or meet a friend for coffee!Vegetarian options: More veggie options than not

Bad coffee, and bad vibes. Definitely not worth the price. I also did not feel safe in the coffee shop - a creepy man was leering at me while waiting for my coffee.

Simply put, I LOVE Ozo. I always get the Van Halen mocha. I don't live anywhere near Boulder but I would make special trip just for Ozo, it's my most favorite.

The ambiance is phenomenal! I got an iced Sherpa chai tea with their homemade almond cashew milk but in my opinion it wasn't a strong enough chai. I would have preferred the chai to have a stronger flavor. Besides that, everything was great!

7-star coffee. I don’t know what else to say then - “I’m a 57-year old coffee connoisseur, and this is hands-down the most beautiful cup of coffee.” Gifted baristas and a place that understands the precious nature of good coffee:)

This is one of my favorite spots for coffee in Boulder. I like the coffee a lot and it’s a great place to meet friends or get some work done.

Great experience! Great coffee roaster in Boulder! Cold brew is delicious (they have 2 choices)! Baristas were also super friendly! If you’re looking for a roaster, OZO is a great option! Much appreciation :)

I have come here for years and the coffee is great and the place has a nice calm vibe. Tati, I hope I spelled that right, is a staff member who goes above and beyond to help her customers. She made the process of ordering much easier.

I don't know what they're doing to their roasts, but 3/4 coffees are way too tart and acidic. I was hoping to upgrade my whole bean orders, but it's kind of wild that this seems to be a common theme in the majority of their roasts.
