Update: it’s the next day and we now have food poisoning. If I could leave 0 stars I would. This place is awful. Do not eat there!! Our food immediately smelled off when we opened our plates. As broke teenagers who spent the last of their money to eat here, we chose to just give them the benefit of the doubt and eat it. The broccoli was terrible, the noodles were neon yellow, they served us undercooked chicken and the sprite even tasted off. We had over half a full plate left of food. As soon as we saw the undercooked chicken, I decided to ask for a refund as the whole meal was a disaster. The manager said that since we had “already eaten it” she wasn’t going to refund us. I told her that we are not the type of people to complain just to get our money back, we just genuinely were not satisfied with the quality of our food. She said all she can do is give us a credit that we could only use at this location. We live 30 minutes away…I’m very upset with the customer service at this Panda Express and hope nobody has the same experience. Picture of the undercooked chicken and a cooked piece for reference.

Worst meal I’ve had in Boulder… twice. Do yourself a favor, and just don’t.
They said they had a new ‘Spicy’ orange chicken dish, and it was an insane amount of crushed red peppers rubbed into the orange chicken. I tried to pull them out, but it was impossible and disgusting.

The food quality and atmosphere can be hit or miss, but it's on par for your everyday Panda Express. The staff here is great though.
Leonardo's recent post claiming there were cockroaches in the white rice seems incredible to me. As in, not believable. Seems more like he's just upset and on the attack, based on his profile history. But honestly, I can imagine that happening at any fast food restaurant these days. And if that is true, then my 5 stars is a bit comical....

Today Im very disappointed. My favorite place to eat just served me a plate of white rice that had tiny cockroaches in it. I think I ate at least a few of them without realizing it.
I came for lunch like I do every week. I can't believe this happened.

Food was up to PE standards, and they were very generous with the portions. Speed of service was so-so; they could have used one more employee. This PE is located in a Mall's busy food court, so only 2 stars for atmosphere.
They are all super nice and try to do there job as best as possible even when theres a rush! The food is always warm, the portions could be better though!

Having never tried Panda Express cause we dont have this in England, i was shocked..... Soooo Good!!! The size was insane and the value for money was amazing. It was busy so the noise was a slight bother, other than that... AMAZING!!!

Lady Gave me Dirty looks because I said i no longer wanted Super Greens because The gentleman who began to prepare them stuck his bare hands in the Bowl (Disgusting)Then I was struck by the door when Exiting... They really Need to get that Fixed. Overall Bad Experience
