Ordered 100 bucks worth of food through grubhub and this location only put out egg rolls out for the driver. Manager was incredibly nonchalant when I called and said she “forgot” and to consult grubhub for a refund. Grubhub only refunded us 60 bucks so we paid 40 for a few egg rolls, never ordering at this location again!

Really bad experience. I love panda express but this location sucks! The lady on the counter were rude. She were distracted and didn't catch my order right. Missing items, then just when we arrived one of the workers started mopping the floor. But while mopping he floated the place with water and super hard to walk around.Honey walnut shrimp was really bad, same thing with chicken teriyaki.Man this place needs his manager/supervisor right away. They are begging to lose costumers.

Old food up, refused to make new ones, only had 3 options amd they have clearly sat for a while. The chicken was gooey and definitely warped from the warmer, noodles were dried out. CRUSTY/MUSHY OLD RICE STIRRED IN LAYERS. Lazy, melancholy attitude from entire crew in there, couldn't care less for upkeep. I'm happier with $1.50 scoop shops.

Don't go after 8pm.....they are totally aggravated with you for even being there and ordering..... hardly any food is available....and if you ask them about a dish that should be available they get attitude and say "it'll take 7 minutes"....

Have come in over an hour before they close to find most of the food not stocked. Even when they did make more orange chicken it was enough for maybe two scoops and that’s all. Chow mein is mostly vegetables and no noodles. Not very clean. They often start closing well before the actual closing time and are visibly not happy when anyone comes in after 8pm (they close at 10).

STAY AWAY!!!! I used to eat at Panda Express once a week when I lived in Utah. I recently moved to Boulder, CO, and have tried this location a couple of times, and it has been absolute garbage. The food is never fresh. I have walked in probably 10 times, looked at the food, and walked right back out because it looked so old. There was ONE time I came in and they had just made some orange chicken, so I got a side of that and it was ok, but other than that, super disappointing. It’s only good when it’s fresh and it’s never fresh.
Terrible service from the lady who serves, they should be trained more to provide better customer service.

Everyone is very nice and well behaved. There’s customers that try to get their way no matter what and make employees feel down, yet they continue to be respectful and patient. A few days ago a rude customer came up to Cashier Esme, screaming and throwing a temper tantrum and she was dealt with in a respectful manner. This location knows what they are doing and always has a positive attitude.

This panda is so epic and it is so bussin on slattttt. Like the service was amazing, food was 11/10 like it doesn't get better than panda and the chop sticks went crazy. It was also my friends birthday and we loved it. Like I would recommend it to everyone if you ever need some epic food. Me and my twizzies love it and you will have a very valid and bussin experience here!!!✌️✌️✌️
