This has the potential be such a nice location but attention to cleanliness needs to be improved. I’m a sips club member and frequent Paneras across the country try. Here the restrooms have locks and need a code to enter. Even keeping people out they were out of soap and toilet paper. Every table is dirty with crumbs on them, the floor, and around the fountains. That said, the staff were quick to address the bathroom issues after it was brought to their attention.
First time at this location, I selected the Chicken Bacon Rancher. It was rather small probably because my bread 🥖 was the smallest part of the end but it was okay. I also selected the Vegetarian Autumn Squash soup. Very savory, I just picked out the sunflower seeds. I like the convenience of ordering. What I did not like was all the available tables needed to be cleaned. There is a musty smell at this location along with dirty dirty carpet.
I'm surprised this place is in business. The food tasted good (salad), but the restaurant suffers from an over-complicated menu and high prices (the two are related).

The menu offers something like a "pick two" option. This option means that if you choose two half-servings, you supposedly get a better deal. Neither the woman taking our orders nor her manager could give us a clear run down on what you can and cannot get with a "pick two,"...
